In 1987 Stockland Townsville opened after a major upgrade to what was previously known as Nathan Plaza. In October 2012 Stockland opened a new 2 level Myer department store, a new Woolworths and mini major, Rebel, plus other specialty stores including a 750-seat foodcourt. The centre is also home to Townsville's first Big W store. Stockland Townsville Kmart Centre was acquired in March 2012 and includes Kmart, Coles and 25 specialty stores.

It is within a few miles of many freeways in the area: I-5 and I-605, I-710 and I-105 freeways. The mall is owned and operated by The Macerich Company and is part of its trifecta of malls in southeast Los Angeles County along with the Los Cerritos Center in Cerritos and the Lakewood Center in Lakewood. Stonewood Center comprises 145 stores, including several restaurants.

The Fashion Mall at Keystone, known better as The Fashion Mall, is an upscale shopping center in the northeast section of the city of Indianapolis, Indiana. The mall is located off I-465 at 86th Street and Keystone. The mall is considered the heart of the Keystone at the Crossing district. Developed, managed, and owned by Indianapolis-based Simon Property Group, the anchor stores are Nordstrom, Pottery Barn, The North Face, Apple Store, Urban Outfitters, Restoration Hardware, Crate & Barrel, and Saks Fifth Avenue. The Fashion Mall consists of two two-story buildings. When the mall first opened, they were linked by a glass archway called "The Crossing" that also served as the mall's food court. The former archway known as "The Crossing" has since been converted into additional retail space. The mall offers 123 specialty shops and restaurants. Over 40% of the stores in the mall have their sole location in the state of Indiana there. About 97% of the store's retail area was in use at the end of 2006.

Lincoln Fields Shopping Centre was a community mall located in the Lincoln Heights neighbourhood of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. It was located between Carling Avenue and Richmond Road just west of Lincoln Fields station. In October 2019, the mall was closed due to changing demographics in the area and departure of the Walmart store.
