Bali United were the defending champions from the 2019 season after the 2020 season was abandoned and declared void after three matches due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The 2023–24 Liga 3 Aceh was the eighth season of Liga 3 Aceh as a qualifying round for the national round of the 2023–24 Liga 3.
