Peter Pearless (born 4 June 1957) is a New Zealand middle-distance runner. He competed in the men's 800 metres at the 1984 Summer Olympics. [1]
Sir Peter George Snell was a New Zealand middle-distance runner. He won three Olympic gold medals, and is the only man since 1920 to have won the 800 and 1500 metres at the same Olympics, in 1964.
Peter Cipollone is an American rowing coxswain of the 2004 Olympic gold medal-winning U.S. men's eight rowing team. He is a native of Ardmore, Pennsylvania, and attended Saint Joseph's Preparatory School in Philadelphia and the University of California, Berkeley. Cipollone won World Championships. in the heavyweight men's eight in 1997, 1998, and 1999.

Michael Edward "Peter" Kennedy III is an American retired pair skater. Although named Michael, he was nicknamed Peter as a child, and has been credited in competition by both names. Peter Garth Mander was a New Zealand yachtsman and Olympic gold medal winner. With Jack Cropp, Mander won the 12 m2 Sharpie class at the 1956 Summer Olympics in Melbourne. Mander then retired from competitive yachting, but made a comeback and was selected to compete in the Finn class at the 1964 Summer Olympics where he finished fourth. He later became the president of the New Zealand Yachting Federation.
Peter Nocke is a retired freestyle swimmer, who represented West Germany at the 1976 Summer Olympics in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. There he won the bronze medal in the men's 100 m freestyle. Nocke won a total number of nine European titles during the 1970s.
