Proteuxoa is a genus of moths of the family Noctuidae. The genus was erected by George Hampson in 1903. [1] [2] [3]

Eusceptis, Pseudalypia and Spragueia are sometimes included in the present genus, but here they are tentatively treated as different pending further research.
