Re:(disc)overed is a cover album by American post-grunge band Puddle of Mudd. It was released on August 29, 2011 on Arms Division Records.
The band began recording the album in March 2011 and commenced within a three-week period. After touring and rehearsals for a fifth studio effort left the band mentally and physically exhausted, the idea for a cover record came into play. [3] The choice of songs was whittled down from 30 candidates and eventually led to the recording of 15 tracks. [4]

The Stooges, originally billed as the Psychedelic Stooges, also known as Iggy and the Stooges, were an American rock band formed in Ann Arbor, Michigan in 1967 by singer Iggy Pop, guitarist Ron Asheton, drummer Scott Asheton, and bassist Dave Alexander. Initially playing a raw, primitive style of rock and roll, the band sold few records in their original incarnation and gained a reputation for their confrontational performances, which often involved acts of self-mutilation by Iggy Pop.
Puddle of Mudd is an American rock band formed in Kansas City, Missouri, in 1992. To date, the band has sold over seven million albums and has had a string of No. 1 mainstream rock singles in the United States. Their major-label debut Come Clean has sold over five million copies. They have released an extended play, an independent album and five studio albums, with their latest being Welcome to Galvania in September 2019.. Vocalist and guitarist Wes Scantlin remains the only consistent member throughout the band's history.

Burn Season is an American alternative metal band from Jacksonville, Florida, formed in 2001. An early version of the group recorded some demos at Jacksonville Beach studio Music Factory with just Damien Starkey on lead vocal and guitar and Bobby Amaru on drums. The group then moved to Jacksonville's Hole of the Pigeon, where they recorded an impressive set of demos that snagged them immediate major-label interest. The first record executive who showed interest in Burn Season was Flawless Records' Fred Durst, lead vocalist of Limp Bizkit. This led to a strong "buzz" in the industry. The members decided to sign with Elektra Records in what was reputedly an obscenely large deal.
And Now... The Runaways is the fourth and final studio album by American rock band The Runaways, released in Europe in December 1978 and Japan in 1979.
