River Park Hospital (RPH) is a inpatient psychiatric facility in Huntington, West Virginia, US. With 187 beds, RPH provides inpatient and psychiatric residential mental health treatment to children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. [2]

As a teaching facility associated with the Marshall University Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine, River Park Hospital gives students a hands-on working experience with psychiatric care. It is also the home to the Marshall University Psychiatric program. [3]

Marshall Commons is a collection of dormitories, as well as a dining facility, on the south-central campus of Marshall University in Huntington, West Virginia, USA. Completed in the fall of 2003, Marshall Commons consists of Gibson, Wellman, Haymaker, and Willis Residence Halls, along with Harless Cafe. Each dormitory structure contains four single-occupancy bedrooms, two double-occupancy bedrooms, and four double-occupancy bedrooms. Harless Cafe is also home to a small fitness center.

The Trans-Allegheny Lunatic Asylum was a psychiatric hospital located in Weston, West Virginia and known by other names such as West Virginia Hospital for the Insane and Weston State Hospital. The asylum was open to patients from October 1864 until May 1994. The new hospital in Weston has been named for William R. Sharpe, Jr. who was a member of the West Virginia Senate. After closure, the hospital once again became known as the Trans-Allegheny Lunatic Asylum after reopening as a tourist location in March 2008.
