Sportsklubben Nessegutten is a multi-sports club from Levanger, Norway. It has divisions for football, athletics, handball, orienteering, skiing, speed skating, tennis and artistic gymnastics. It was founded on 20 April 1929.
The football club reached the quarter-finals of the 1959 Norwegian Football Cup. After drawing Viking FK at Ullevaal Stadion, the team lost 0–4 against Viking at Lerkendal Stadion, with nearly 25,000 spectators, most of which were from Innherred. [1] Nessegutten merged their elite football group with IL Sverre in 1996 to create Levanger FK. [2]

Viking were in their 8th final, while Molde were in their second final after losing the 1982 final against Brann and therefore had the chance to win the first trophy in the club's history.
The 2021 season was Viking's 3rd consecutive year in Eliteserien, and their 71st season in the top flight of Norwegian football. The club participated in the Eliteserien and the Norwegian Cup. It was the club's first season with Bjarte Lunde Aarsheim and Morten Jensen as managers. Viking ended the Eliteserien season in 3rd place, the club's first top-three finish since 2007.
