Deftones is an American alternative metal band formed in Sacramento, California in 1988. They were formed by Chino Moreno, Stephen Carpenter (guitar), Abe Cunningham (drums), and Dominic Garcia (bass). During their first five years, the band's line-up changed several times, but stabilized in 1993 when Cunningham re-joined after his departure in 1990; by this time, Chi Cheng was bassist. The line-up remained stable for fifteen years, with the exception of keyboardist and turntablist Frank Delgado being added in 1999. The band's experimental nature has led some critics to describe them as "the Radiohead of metal".
Camillo "Chino" Wong Moreno is an American musician who is best known as the lead vocalist and primary lyricist of the metal band Deftones. He is also a member of the side-project groups Team Sleep, Crosses, and Palms.
Robert Alan Ezrin is a Canadian music producer and keyboardist, best known for his work with Lou Reed, Alice Cooper, Aerosmith, Kiss, Pink Floyd, Deep Purple, Peter Gabriel, Andrea Bocelli and Phish. As of 2010, Ezrin's career in music had spanned four decades and his production work continued into the 21st century, with acts such as Deftones and Thirty Seconds to Mars. Ezrin is the winner of three Juno Awards. In 2011, he was awarded the Special Achievement Award at the 2011 SOCAN Awards held in Toronto. On 29 December 2022, Ezrin was named an Officer of the Order of Canada, the second-highest civilian honour in Canada.
Far was an American rock band from Sacramento, California, formed in 1991. Although Far only experienced limited commercial success, the band had considerable influence on underground rock music. They are perhaps best remembered for their rock cover of "Pony", a song originally by Ginuwine, which peaked at #40 on Billboard's Alternative Songs chart in 2009.

Their musical style has been described as a combination of many metal and hardcore subgenres.

Saturday Night Wrist is the fifth studio album by American alternative metal band Deftones, released on October 31, 2006, by Maverick Records. Despite early contributions that were later scrapped, it marked the departure of mainstay Deftones producer Terry Date. It was also the last Deftones album to feature bassist Chi Cheng, as well as the last album of his career and his lifetime, prior to being involved in a serious car accident in 2008, which put him in a coma. He eventually died five years later from cardiac arrest.

Eros is the working title of an unreleased album by American alternative metal band Deftones, with tentative release dates in 2008 and 2009. The band spent time recording the album from April to November 2008 at The Spot in Los Angeles. The November 2008 car accident of bassist Chi Cheng forced the band to initially hold off on releasing the album, however, and they later shelved the album indefinitely in a creative decision to move forward. With Cheng in a coma, Deftones recruited former Quicksand bassist Sergio Vega and released Diamond Eyes instead in 2010. In the years that followed, the band has had mixed feelings about finishing and officially releasing Eros at some point down the road. The recording sessions of this album marked the first time in five years, since their self-titled fourth album, that Deftones had worked with Terry Date.

Tim David Kelly is an American musician, songwriter, record producer, graphic designer & composer for TV/film. He is the singer, guitarist and songwriter for the alternative rock band Kicking Harold whose still popular song "Gasoline" from Space Age Breakdown was featured as the main theme for 8 seasons on TLC's automobile make-over show, Overhaulin'. Kelly has written many songs for others, including co-writing "Money For That" for the band Shiny Toy Guns. He has produced several albums, including co-producing Lightning Strikes Again by Dokken. Kelly has composed main themes and music cues used in television and film including Gene Simmons Family Jewels (A&E) & Little Steven's Underground Garage. Kicking Harold released their 5th album, "Red Light District" in 2015 and completed a 25 date American tour as direct support for "The Winery Dogs". In 2017 Kelly opened a new music production studio in Burbank, CA and is currently working again with other artist as well as his own projects.
Crosses is the musical side project of Deftones singer Chino Moreno and Far guitarist Shaun Lopez, based in Los Angeles, California, and formed in 2011.
EP 1 is the first EP by the rock band Crosses. It was recorded at Airport Studios in Los Angeles and self-released on August 2, 2011, in digital format. A low-quality version was made available for free, with higher-quality file types available for US$5. In November 2011, Crosses released a limited edition of the EP, including a colored vinyl 10", USB drive with remixes, and band merchandise.
Covers, Volume 2 is the 13th studio album by Filipino singer-actress Regine Velasquez, released on January 30, 2006, by Viva Records in the Philippines in CD format and in digital download. The album contains different music genres including jazz and blues which is new to Velasquez' repertoire. It is her third cover album from Viva after R2K (1999) and Covers, Vol. 1 (2004), and includes covers of songs by Al Green, Paul McCartney and Wings, Blondie and Alanis Morissette among others. The first single released is Hold Me In Your Arms originally done by the Southern Sons. The album was certified platinum a month after its release.
