"Something Right" is a song by Irish boy band Westlife from their eighth studio album Back Home . The song was released as the band's second single in Asia and Europe following their first single, "Home", as well as the album's overall third single. [1] [2] [3] The song was composed by Rami Yacoub, Savan Kotecha and Arnthor Birgisson. A music video was filmed in December 2007 in London and premiered on March 7, 2008. This single was not released as a single in UK and Ireland.

The band's record label, Sony BMG, aimed to increase album promotions and sales through the release of this single, which happens to be a fan favourite. [4] The song was composed by Rami Yacoub, Savan Kotecha and Arnthor Birgisson, who also contributed the songs "Us Against the World", "The Easy Way", and "Pictures In My Head" to the Back Home album.

Music video

The music video for "Something Right" began shoot on 17 December 2007, directed by Amber and Brown and was shot in London. [5] It premiered on March 7, 2008 on music channels. The video uses a brand new remix track of the song and was shot using green screen, featuring the band in a desert and subsequently in a futuristic night setting.

"Miss You" is a popular song written by Jake Schulze and Rami Yacoub. It was originally recorded as a ballad, by the Irish boy band Westlife, but was never released as a single. In 2008, it was remade as a dance track by Swedish musician Basshunter becoming a hit single for him as "I Miss You" in 2008, notably in UK, Germany and Sweden.

Arnthor Birgisson is an Icelandic-Swedish songwriter and producer. Arnþór moved to Sweden in 1978 at age two and lives in Stockholm.

"Beautiful in White" is a song recorded by Irish singer-songwriter Shane Filan from his third studio album, Love Always (2017). The track was originally written by Savan Kotecha and Arnthor Birgisson for a then-upcoming album of Filan's band, Westlife. MXM and Wolf Cousins are a pair of Swedish song writing and production organisations, founded and established by renowned songwriter and record producer Max Martin. MXM Studios and its affiliated producers are currently based in New York City and Wolf Cousins Music are in Los Angeles, California. However, both MXM and Wolf Cousins are headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, where them and their works originate, as it was descended from the works of Maratone Studios and Cheiron Studios.
