"Sugar (Gimme Some)" is a song by American rapper Trick Daddy featuring fellow American rapper Ludacris &American singer CeeLo Green,released as the second single from the former's sixth studio album Thug Matrimony:Married to the Streets (2004). Produced by Mike Caren,the single was certified Gold by the RIAA. [1]
The official remix replaces Trick Daddy's second verse with a verse by Lil' Kim. There is a second version that has Trick Daddy's 2nd verse after Lil' Kim's.
The video for "Sugar" is the remix version with Lil' Kim &Cee-Lo Green,but Ludacris was absent on the video so his verse from the song was omitted from the video. In 2004,the video was shot in Miami,and was directed by Haugesunder.[ citation needed ]
The song is built around an interpolation of the 1977 Talking Heads song "Sugar on My Tongue".

Hard Core is the debut studio album by American rapper Lil' Kim,released on November 12,1996,by Undeas Recordings,Big Beat Records,and Atlantic Records. After achieving success with the hip hop group Junior M.A.F.I.A. and their album Conspiracy (1995),Kim began working on her solo album with the Notorious B.I.G. serving as the executive producer. She collaborated with a number of producers,such as Sean "Puff Daddy" Combs,Stevie J.,David "Ski" Willis and Jermaine Dupri,among others. Other rappers,including Jay-Z,Lil' Cease and Puff Daddy were featured on the album.
"Loverboy" is a song by American singer and songwriter Mariah Carey. It was released on June 19,2001,by Virgin Records America as the lead single from her eighth studio album Glitter,the soundtrack to the 2001 film of the same name. Written and produced by Carey,Larry Blackmon,Thomas Jenkins and Clark Kent,"Loverboy" is built around a sample from "Candy" by the funk band Cameo,who are also featured on the track.
