Tupchi (Persian : توپچي‎, also Romanized as Tūpchī and Toopchi; also known as Topchi)^[1] is a village in Chehregan Rural District, Tasuj District, Shabestar County, East Azerbaijan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 402, in 94 families.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan, and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script.

Chehregan Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in Tasuj District, Shabestar County, East Azerbaijan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 3,509, in 1,037 families. The rural district has 7 villages.

Tasuj District - formerly Anzab District - is a district (bakhsh) in Shabestar County, East Azerbaijan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 18,708, in 5,440 families. The District has one city: Tasuj. The District has two rural districts (dehestan): Chehregan Rural District and Guney-ye Gharbi Rural District.
