Ingrebourne Valley is a local nature reserve (LNR) in Hornchurch in the London Borough of Havering. It is owned and managed by Havering Council, and has a visitor centre managed by the Essex Wildlife Trust. Most of it is in Hornchurch Country Park west of the River Ingrebourne, but there are also areas north and south of the park which are part of the LNR. It has a wide range of habitats, including woodland, grassland, the river and marshes. It is an important site for a range of species of plants, animals and birds, including great crested newts, slow worms, the harvest mouse and the water vole.
Up Nately is a small village and former civil parish, now in the parish of Mapledurwell and Up Nately, in the Basingstoke and Deane district, in Hampshire, England, located to the south east of Basingstoke. Its nearest railway station is in Hook, three miles to the east of the village. The Basingstoke Canal runs through the village from the former Penny Bridge in the west, under Brick Kiln Bridge, Slades Bridge and Eastrop Bridge, and, to the east of the village, through the collapsed Greywell Tunnel. In 1931 the parish had a population of 128.
Frays Farm Meadows is a 28.2-hectare (70-acre) biological Site of Special Scientific Interest near Denham in the London Borough of Hillingdon. It was notified as an SSSI in 1981, and has been managed by the London Wildlife Trust on behalf of Hillingdon Council since 1999. It is part of the Colne Valley Regional Park.
Mill Meadows, Billericay is a 6.7-hectare (17-acre) biological Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) in Billericay in Essex, England. It is part of the 36.8 hectare Mill Meadows Local Nature Reserve (LNR), which is owned and managed by Basildon District Council.
Broxhead and Kingsley Commons is a 105.1-hectare (260-acre) biological Site of Special Scientific Interest north of Lindford in Hampshire. It is part of Wealden Heaths Phase II Special Protection Area for the Conservation of Wild Birds and Broxhead Common is a 41.8-hectare (103-acre) Local Nature Reserve owned and managed by Hampshire County Council.
Butter Wood is a 133-hectare (330-acre) biological Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) east of Basingstoke in Hampshire. Part of Up Nately LNR, which is designated a Local Nature Reserve, is in the SSSI.
Crab Wood is a 73-hectare (180-acre) biological Site of Special Scientific Interest west of Winchester in Hampshire. An area of 37.8 hectares is also a Local Nature Reserve.
Wealden Edge Hangers is a 222.4-hectare (550-acre) biological Site of Special Scientific Interest north of Petersfield in Hampshire. An area of 48 hectares is Wealden Edge Hangers Local Nature Reserve and an area of 144.1 hectares is Ashford Hangers National Nature Reserve. Wealden Edge Hangers is part of the East Hampshire Hangers Special Area of Conservation.
