Uvariopsis vanderystii is a species of plant in the Annonaceae family. [3] It is found in Cameroon, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, and Gabon. [1] Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests. [1] It is threatened by habitat loss. [1]

Description

U. vanderystii is a monoecious shrub, [4] with strictly cauliflorous inflorescences. [3] Its petals are joined at the base, with flowers having distinct pedicels. [3]

Taxonomy

U. vanderystii was first described by Robyns & Ghesq. in 1933. [5] [2]
