Violent Nature is the fourth studio album by American rock band I Prevail, released on September 19, 2025. It was the first studio album released following the departure of the band's former clean vocalist Brian Burkheiser.

Release

On May 23, 2025, a week after the announcement of Burkheiser's departure, [6] the band released the single, "Violent Nature". [7] On June 20, a second single, "Into Hell", was released. [8] On July 15, the band announced their fourth studio album, titled Violent Nature, would release on September 19, and in the same week released a third single, "Rain". [9] [10] On August 14, the album's fourth single, "Annihilate Me", was released. [11]

Composition

Violent Nature has been described as metalcore, [2] with elements of deathcore, [4] pop rock, [4] melodic metalcore, [5] grunge, [12] nu-metal, [12] and heavy rock. [13]
