Viswanadan Kalidas (born 12 February 1972) is a Malaysian cricket umpire. [1] He is a member of the Development Panel of ICC Umpires, [2] and was the first Malaysian umpire to be appointed to the ICC's Development Panel. [3] [4]

He Twenty20 International (T20I) umpiring debut, on 22 March 2019, was in a match between Papua New Guinea and the Philippines, in the Regional Finals of the 2018–19 ICC T20 World Cup East Asia-Pacific Qualifier tournament. Kalidas has also officiated in five women's ODI and 41 women's T20I matches. [5]

The Fiji women's national cricket team is the team that represents the country of Fiji in international Women's cricket matches. Fiji has been an associate member of the International Cricket Council (ICC) since 1965. The national women's team made its international debut against Samoa in 2010 and its Women's Twenty20 International (T20I) debut in 2019. It is included in the ICC East Asia-Pacific development region.

Vinay Kumar Jha is a Nepalese cricket umpire. He is one of the umpires on the ICC Associates and Affiliates Umpire Panel chosen by the International Cricket Council (ICC). He stood in matches in the 2009 ICC World Cricket League Division Six tournament and in the 2015–17 ICC World Cricket League Championship fixtures between Nepal and Kenya in March 2017.

The 2018–19 international cricket season was from September 2018 to April 2019. 34 Test matches, 92 One Day Internationals (ODIs) and 74 Twenty20 International (T20Is), as well as 28 Women's One Day Internationals (WODIs) and 130 Women's Twenty20 Internationals (WT20Is), were played during this period. The season started with India leading the Test cricket rankings, England leading the ODI rankings and Pakistan leading the Twenty20 rankings. In October 2018, the International Cricket Council (ICC) introduced separate rankings for women's ODIs and T20Is for the first time, with Australia women leading both tables.

Shivani Mishra is an Indian-born international cricket umpire and match referee who is currently based in Qatar, working with the Qatar Cricket Association (QCA). She is an ACC-affiliated Level 3 Coach, Level 2 Umpire and ICC-affiliated Match Referee. Additionally, she is an ICC Asia Coach Educator. Mishra has officiated cricket matches as an umpire in Qatari local matches such as Men's Division Matches, and also International matches such as the ICC Men's T20 Qualifier conducted in Kuwait.

In March 2019, he was named in the Vanuatuan squad for the Regional Finals of the 2018–19 ICC T20 World Cup East Asia-Pacific Qualifier tournament. He made his Twenty20 International (T20I) debut against the Philippines on 24 March 2019.

The 2022–23 Associate international cricket season was from approximately September 2022 to April 2023. All official twenty over matches between Associate members of the ICC were eligible to have full Twenty20 International (T20I) or Women's Twenty20 International (WT20I) status, as the International Cricket Council (ICC) granted T20I status to matches between all of its members from 1 July 2018 and 1 January 2019. The season included all T20I/WT20I cricket series mostly involving ICC Associate members, that were played in addition to series covered in International cricket in 2022–23. The 2023 ACC Men's Challenger Cup and the 2023 ACC Men's Premier Cup, which formed the qualification pathway for the 2023 Asia Cup, were also played during this period.
