Wyoming County is a county in the U.S. state of West Virginia. As of the 2010 census, the population was 23,796. Its county seat is Pineville. The county was created in 1850 from Logan County and named for the Delaware Indian word meaning "large plains".

Three Churches is an unincorporated community in Hampshire County in the U.S. state of West Virginia. The town is located north of Romney along Jersey Mountain Road at a crossroads with Three Churches Hollow Road. Originally known as Jersey Mountain, Three Churches was renamed for the three historic white wooden churches located there: Mount Bethel Church, Mount Bethel Primitive Baptist Church, and Branch Mountain United Methodist Church. The Three Churches Post Office is no longer in service.
Huntersville is a census-designated place (CDP) located in Pocahontas County, West Virginia, United States in the Alleghany Mountains. As of the 2010 census, its population was 73. It is located six miles east of Marlinton and four miles west of Minnehaha Springs. Huntersville received its name because it was a rendezvous for trappers and hunters who came to trade pelts for supplies. It served as the county seat of Pocahontas County until 1891 when the county's residents voted to move the seat to Marlinton. A local newspaper called "The Pocahontas Times" is distributed in the area.
Owens is a small unincorporated crossroads community at the intersection of Dahlgren Road, Windsor Drive, and Owens Drive in King George County, Virginia, United States. State Routes 206 and 218 meet at this intersection, with 206 going east towards U.S. Route 301 and Dahlgren, 218 going south towards US 301 and Colonial Beach and 206 and 218 joined together going west towards Arnolds Corner and Fredericksburg. The eastern part of the community is within the Dahlgren census-designated place.

Wyco Church, also known as Wyco Community Church, Wyco Independent Church, Wyco Freewill Baptist Church, and Wyco Independent Baptist Church, is a historic Baptist church located near Mullens, Wyoming County, West Virginia. It was built in 1917, and is a rectangular frame building with a front gable-roof and set a cut sandstone foundation. It is clad in wood clapboard and features lancet windows and a prominent, recessed entrance in the Late Gothic Revival style. It was constructed by Coal Baron Major W.T. Tam's carpenters for use by coal miners and their families at the Wyco coal town.
Itmann Company Store and Office is a historic commercial building located at Itmann, Wyoming County, West Virginia. It was designed by architect Alex B. Mahood and built in 1923–1925. It is a Classical Revival style complex built of native sandstone. It consists of four sections laid out in an open courtyard plan. Sections A and C are 2 1/2-story parapeted gable front sections located on the northern and southern sides of the courtyard and Section D is a 1-story parapeted half gable roofed loggia. It was built as a company store for the local mining community.

Notable buildings include the Highlawn Baptist Church (1925), Old Presbyterian Church, Wyoming Hotel (1918), Bank of Mullens Building (1920), Masonic Hall Building (1924), Welch Apartment Building, Old Hospital / Webster Apartments, Smiley Department Store Building (1921), Piggly Wiggly Building (1929), Wyoming Theatre (1922), and Norfolk Southern Locomotive Repair Shop Building (1925).
West Liberty Presbyterian Church, also known as West Liberty Federated Church, is a historic Presbyterian church located at West Liberty, Ohio County, West Virginia. It was built in 1873 to a design by Wheeling architect Stanton M. Howard. It is a simple rectangle in form with a projecting vestibule, in the Late Victorian Gothic style. It is constructed of brick and stone, with steeply pitched roofs, parapet gables, and an open belfry. The church was active in founding West Liberty Academy in 1838, which is now West Liberty University.
