Yadali Thomas Santos (born 1996) is a Virgin Islander beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss World British Virgin Islands 2018 and represented British Virgin Islands at the Miss World 2018 pageant. [1]

Yadali was raised in Tortola. She knows Spanish and English very well. She has a degree in General Studies and Architecture from the H Lavity Stout Community College. She wants to be an Architect.

Tortola is the largest and most populated of the British Virgin Islands, a group of islands that form part of the archipelago of the Virgin Islands. It has a surface area of 55.7 square kilometres with a total population of 23,908, with 9,400 residents in Road Town. Mount Sage is its highest point at 530 metres above sea level.

Yadali was crowned Miss World British Virgin Islands 2018 by Helina Hewlett at the Eileene Parsons Auditorium, H Lavity Stoutt Community College in Paraquita Bay on 11 August 2018. [2] [3]

Yadali represented the British Virgin Islands at the Miss World 2018 beauty contest on 8 December 2018 in China but unplaced.

Miss World 2018 beauty pageant edition

Miss World 2018, the 68th edition of the Miss World pageant, was held on 8 December 2018 at the Sanya City Arena in Sanya, China. Manushi Chhillar of India crowned her successor Vanessa Ponce of Mexico at the end of the event. She is the first Mexican woman to win Miss World. 118 contestants from all over the world competed for the crown.

Miss Earth 2013, the 13th edition of the Miss Earth pageant, was held on 7 December 2013 at the Versailles Palace in Alabang, Muntinlupa, Philippines. Miss Earth 2012 Tereza Fajksová from Czech Republic crowned her successor Alyz Henrich from Venezuela at the end of the event. 88 contestants competed for this year's pageant, the highest number in Miss Earth history. The pageant was broadcast live internationally on Star World last 7 December 2013, 10:00 a.m. on ABS-CBN, or coverage on Studio 23, TFC-The Filipino Channel, and also on channels of participating counties worldwide.
