The Yoasobi Live in the USA was the second overseas concert tour and fourth overall by Japanese duo Yoasobi. Consisting of four shows, it began at Los Angeles on April 18, 2024, and concluded at Boston on August 8. Like the previous Pop Out Zepp Tour, the concerts featured 3D display by wearing 3D glasses. Yoasobi first performed in the United States at Head in the Clouds Festival in August 2023 at Pasadena, California, [2] and participated the Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival in April 2024. [3] In early 2024, Yoasobi announced that they would perform at two major music festivals in the United States–Coachella in April and Lollapalooza in August. [4] [5] On February 21, 2024, Crunchyroll announced that they would powered the two concert shows in the United States for Yoasobi on April 18 at Shrine Auditorium and Expo Hall, Los Angeles, and April 21 at Warfield Theatre, San Francisco. [6] [7] It was reported that the tickets were sold out in 30 minutes. [8]
On April 22, following the San Francisco show concluded, Yoasobi announced two additional shows in East Coast of the United States in August, the same month as Lollapalooza performance—Radio City Music Hall at New York City on August 6 and MGM Music Hall at Fenway at Boston on August 8—. [9] Pre-sale began on April 25 and general ticket sales began the next day. [10]

Yoasobi is a Japanese pop duo formed in 2019 by Sony Music Entertainment Japan. It is composed of musician and record producer Ayase and singer-songwriter Lilas Ikuta, under the moniker Ikura. With the slogan "novel into music", the duo originally released songs based on selected short stories posted on Monogatary.com, a social media website for creative writing operated by the label. Sources later also come from various media like stories written by professional authors, books, letters, plays, etc.
"Kaibutsu" is a song by Japanese duo Yoasobi from their second EP, The Book 2 (2021). It was released as a single through Sony Music Entertainment Japan on January 6, 2021, the same date as the duo's debut EP, The Book. As an opening theme for the second season of the anime television series Beastars, "Kaibutsu" is about a carnivore trying to coexist with herbivores in a cruel world, based on Jibun no Mune ni Jibun no Mimi o Oshi Atete, written by the anime's writer Paru Itagaki.

The Film is the first video album by Japanese duo Yoasobi. It was released on March 23, 2022, through Sony Music Entertainment Japan, on Blu-ray exclusively. It consists of the duo's 2021 three concerts: Keep Out Theater, Sing Your World, and Nice to Meet You ; and the enlarged version of their episode of documentary program Jōnetsu Tairiku, broadcast in December 2021. The Film debuted atop both the Oricon Blu-ray Disc Chart, and the Music DVD and Blu-ray Chart, selling 21,000 copies in its first week.

The Denkōsekka Arena Tour was the first concert tour by Japanese duo Yoasobi. The all-arena fourteen-show tour began on April 5, 2023, at Nagoya, Japan and concluded on June 24 in Yokohama. The shows received total 130,000 attendees.
"Adventure" is a song by Japanese duo Yoasobi from their third EP, The Book 3 (2023). It was released as a single on February 15, 2023, by Sony Music Entertainment Japan. Written by Ayase, the song is a theme for 2023 Universal Studios Japan's campaign Unibaru, based on Nagi's short story Lens Goshi no Kirameki o. Its accompanying music video, showing an animated girl dancing in the theme park, premiered on March 11. Commercially, "Adventure" peaked at number 48 on the Oricon Combined Singles and number 30 on the Billboard Japan Hot 100.
"Idol" is a song by Japanese duo Yoasobi from their third EP, The Book 3 (2023). It was released as a single on April 12, 2023, by Sony Music Entertainment Japan, serving as the opening theme of the 2023 Japanese anime series Oshi no Ko. Written by Ayase and based on Aka Akasaka's short story 45510, "Idol" is a combination of Japanese idol-styled pop, hip hop, rock, and video game music, and depicts the two-faced nature of a star in the Japanese idol industry by delineating three different perspectives on the anime's central character Ai Hoshino, such as those of her fans, her fellow groupmates, and herself. It additionally features shouts by B-boy group Real Akiba Boyz and gospel-like background vocals.
The Book 3 is the third Japanese-language EP by Japanese duo Yoasobi. It was released on October 4, 2023, through Sony Music Entertainment Japan, one year and ten months after their second EP The Book 2 (2021). Continuing with the "reading CD" concept as previous records, the EP spans electropop and synth-pop genres, comprising ten tracks, which were solely written and produced by one half of the duo Ayase.

The Yoasobi Asia Tour 2023–2024 was the second concert tour and first overseas by Japanese duo Yoasobi. Consisting of eight shows, the tour began on December 1, 2023, in Hong Kong, China, as part of Clockenflap music festival, and concluded on January 21, 2024, in New Taipei City, Taiwan.
The Pop Out Zepp Tour was the third concert tour by Japanese duo Yoasobi in support of their third extended play The Book 3. It began on January 25, 2024, in Tokyo, and concluded on March 9 in Nagoya, comprising twelve shows at Zepp venues across Japan. The concert featured immersive 3D display by wearing 3D glasses, and received total 25,000 attendees.
The Film 2 is the second video album by Japanese duo Yoasobi. It was released on Blu-ray exclusively on April 10, 2024, through Sony Music Entertainment Japan. Similar to the previous The Film (2022), the video album contains the selected 2023–2024 live performances from three concert tours—the Denkōsekka Arena Tour in Saitama, the Asia Tour 2023–2024 in Seoul, and the Pop Out Zepp Tour in Tokyo—as well as their documentary about the tours. Commercially, The Film 2 topped the Oricon Blu-ray Disc Chart with 16,751 copies.
E-Side 3 is the third English-language EP by Japanese duo Yoasobi. It was released on April 12, 2024, through Sony Music Entertainment Japan. The EP consists of eight tracks from the duo's songs recorded in the English language, including four preceding singles: "Idol", "The Brave", "Biri-Biri", and "Adventure".
