Young Inlet is an Arctic waterway in Qikiqtaaluk Region, Nunavut, Canada. It is a natural bay in Sir William Parker Strait by northeastern Bathurst Island. [1] The inlet is part of Qausuittuq National Park. [2]
Notable landforms include: Emma Point to the west, Annie Point to the south, and Cracroft Sound to the east. The inlet contains one unnamed island. The Berkeley Islands are to the north and northwest.

To the Inuit the name of the place "is and always has been Mittimatalik." The Scottish explorer Sir John Ross had named an arm of the sea that separates Bylot Island from Baffin Island as Pond's Bay, and the hamlet now shares that name. On August 29, 1921, the Hudson's Bay Company opened its trading post near the Inuit camp and named it Pond Inlet, marking the expansion of its trading empire into the High Arctic.

Epper Passage Provincial Park is a provincial park in British Columbia, Canada, located on the north side of Vargas Island in the Clayoquot Sound region of the West Coast of Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada. Also on Vargas Island is Vargas Island Provincial Park. Other provincial parks nearby are Flores Island Marine Provincial Park, Gibson Marine Provincial Park, Maquinna Marine Provincial Park, Sydney Inlet Provincial Park, Dawley Passage Provincial Park and Hesquiat Peninsula Provincial Park. The park was created as part of the Clayoquot Land-Use Decision on July 13, 1995 and contains approximately 306 ha.

Polar Bear Pass National Wildlife Area is a National Wildlife Area on Bathurst Island within Qikiqtaaluk, Nunavut, Canada. It is on federal Crown land, and is administered by the Canadian Wildlife Service, a division of Environment Canada, with respect to the Canada Wildlife Act's National Wildlife Area Regulations. Land use is also subject to the Nunavut Land Claims Agreement. To the north and west is Qausuittuq National Park.
Admiralty Inlet is a bay in the Qikiqtaaluk Region of Nunavut, Canada. It extends southerly from Lancaster Sound along the western shore of Baffin Island's Borden Peninsula. The hamlet of Arctic Bay is located on Uluksan Peninsula, a landform that juts into Admiralty Inlet south of Sirmilik National Park.
Milne Inlet is a small, shallow arm of Eclipse Sound which, along with Navy Board Inlet, separates Bylot Island from Baffin Island in Nunavut's Qikiqtaaluk Region. Milne Inlet flows in a southerly direction from Navy Board Inlet at the confluence of Eclipse Sound. Milne Inlet is shallow and has high tides and strong winds. It only has 90 days where it is ice-free—from August to October. The hamlet of Mittimatalik —Pond Inlet which is 92% Inuit, is the gateway to many tourist attractions in the region, and is 80 km from Milne Inlet. The region is part of the Arctic Cordillera, with one of Canada's most inhospitable climates—with long, dark winters and temperatures averaging −35 °C (−31 °F).
The Berkeley Islands (formerly Berkeley Group are an uninhabited island group in the Qikiqtaaluk Region of northern Canada's territory of Nunavut. They are located at the head of Young Inlet off northern Bathurst Island. The Berkeley Group is part of the Canadian Arctic Archipelago and is a member of the Parry Islands subgroup. It is composed of the Hosken Islands, as well as Allard Island, Harwood Island, Ricards Island, Seymour Island, and Sherard Osborn Island. It is named in honor of Maurice Berkeley, 1st Baron FitzHardinge, Royal Navy First Sea Lord.

Checleset Bay is a bay on the northwest coast of Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada. It is located southeast of Brooks Peninsula and northwest of Kyuquot Sound. Much of the land around the bay is part of Brooks Peninsula Provincial Park. Checleset Bay has three large inlets, Nasparti Inlet, Ououkinsh Inlet, and Malksope Inlet.
