2015 Balearic Island Council elections

The 2015 Balearic Island Council elections were held on Sunday, 24 May 2015, to elect the 10th Island Councils of Mallorca and Menorca and the 3rd Island Councils of Formentera and Ibiza. All 76 seats in the four Island Councils were up for election. The elections were held simultaneously with regional elections in thirteen autonomous communities and local elections all throughout Spain.

Eivissa pel Canvi was a political platform, and later a political party, formed in the island of Ibiza in 2006, to politically support the social movement against the beginning of constructions of new roads and highways the same year. The platform demanded a change in the Island Council and the Balearic governments, which were both controlled by the People's Party with a majority of seats.
