Maine

• Question 2, Legislatively-referred constitutional amendment that would allow those who have disabilities to be able to sign ballot petitions through other means. ^[1]

Texas

• Proposition 4, Legislatively-referred constitutional amendment that would prohibit the state from levying income taxes. The amendment passed. ^[3]

Kansas

• Kansas 2019 Eliminate Revision of Census Population Amendment, Legislatively-referred constitutional amendment that would exclude using data from the US Census Bureau about those serving in the military and students when doing redistricting for the Kansas state legislature. The amendment passed. ^[5]

Louisiana

October 12

• Amendment 2, Legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, let approproriates from the Education Excellence Fund be given "to the Louisiana Educational Television Authority (LETA), Thrive Academy, and laboraty schools operated by public colleges." ^[7]
• Amendment 4, Legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, exempt properties with less than 15 residential units from taxes in New Orleans. This measure failed. ^[9]
