<span class="mw-page-title-main">Nana Akufo-Addo</span> President of Ghana from 2017 to 2025

William Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo is a Ghanaian politician who served as the 13th president of Ghana from 2017 to 2025. He previously served as Attorney General from 2001 to 2003 and as Minister for Foreign Affairs from 2003 to 2007 under the administration of then-president John Kufuor.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">Jubilee House</span> Official residence and office to the President of Ghana

Jubilee House is the presidential palace in Accra that serves as a residence and office to the President of Ghana. Jubilee House is built on the site of a building that was constructed and used for administrative purposes by the British Gold Coast Government. The previous seat of government of Ghana was Osu Castle. It was named Golden Jubilee House by President John Agyekum Kuffour in November 2008 to coincide with the 50th year of Ghana's independence. It has since reverted to Jubilee House. It has previously been known as The Flagstaff House.

Founders' Day is a national public holiday observed to commemorate the contributions of all the people, notably the "Big Six" who led the struggle for Ghana's independence. The Founder's Day was formerly called "Founder's Day" with the letter "S" appearing after an apostrophe and it was celebrated to earmark the achievements of Osagyefo Dr. Kwame Nkrumah.

Stephanie Sanders Sullivan is an American diplomat and the previous ambassador to Ghana. She served as Deputy Assistant Secretary for Central African Affairs and Security Affairs for the Bureau of African Affairs from January 2017 to November 2018. She previously served as United States Ambassador to the Republic of the Congo, having been nominated by President Obama on June 13, 2013, confirmed by the Senate on August 1, 2013, and served through January 20, 2017.

Napoleon Abdulai is a Ghanaian diplomat and a member of the New Patriotic Party of Ghana. Since 2021, he has served as Ghana's ambassador to Mali.

Amerley Awua-Asamoa is a Ghanaian diplomat, corporate and non-profit executive. A member of the New Patriotic Party of Ghana, she served as Ghana's Ambassador to the Kingdom of Denmark from 2017 to 2021. As ambassador, she had concurrent diplomatic accreditation to Finland, Iceland and Sweden.

Mercy Bampo Addo is a Ghanaian diplomat and a member of the New Patriotic Party of Ghana. She is currently Ghana's High Commissioner to Malta, having assumed office in July 2017. Between 2003 and 2009 she was the Deputy Minister and speech writer for the President of Ghana.
