The 2024 Shasta 150 was the 7th stock car race of the 2024 ARCA Menards Series West season, and the 2nd iteration of the event. The race was held on Saturday, July 27, 2024, at Shasta Speedway in Anderson, California, a 0.375 mile permanent paved oval shaped short track. The race took the scheduled 150 laps to complete. Tyler Reif, driving for Central Coast Racing, would have a perfect race, winning the pole and leading every lap of the event to earn his second career ARCA Menards Series West win, and his first of the season. [5] This was also the first win for Central Coast Racing in the West Series since 2008. To fill out the podium, Sean Hingorani, driving for Jerry Pitts Racing, and Trevor Huddleston, driving for High Point Racing, would finish 2nd and 3rd, respectively.

Shasta Speedway, located in Anderson, California, was built in the late 1940s as a 3/8-mile dirt track. It spent a brief part of its life as a quarter-mile dirt oval in the early 1970s. In 2023, it hosted the ARCA Menards Series West for the first time since 2015, when it hosted the NASCAR K&N Pro Series West.[ citation needed ]

Qualifying

Qualifying was held on Saturday, July 27, at 6:00 PM PST. [6] The qualifying system used is a single-car, two-lap system with only one round. Drivers will be on track by themselves and will have two laps to post a qualifying time, and whoever sets the fastest time in that round will win the pole. [9]

Tyler Reif, driving for Central Coast Racing, would score the pole for the race, with a lap of 16.033, and a speed of 84.201 mph (135.508 km/h). [10]

In a thrilling race that featured an intense battle between Gio Ruggiero and William Sawalich, Ruggiero, driving for Venturini Motorsports, would take the lead from Sawalich on the final restart following the race break, and held him off for the final 70 laps to earn his first career ARCA Menards Series East win. The race was held on Saturday, April 20, 2024, at Kevin Harvick's Kern Raceway in Bakersfield, California, a 0.50 mile (0.80 km) permanent asphalt quad-oval shaped short track. The race took the scheduled 150 laps to complete. In a wild finish, Kole Raz, driving for Jerry Pitts Racing, would take the win after a hard-fought battle between Trevor Huddleston in the final few laps of the race. This was Raz's first career ARCA Menards Series West win. Pole-sitter Tyler Reif dominated the majority of the race, leading a race-high 104 laps, before falling back to finish 3rd. Huddleston passed Reif for the lead with under 50 laps to go, and led 43 laps before finishing 2nd in a wild finish with Raz.

The 2024 Tide 150 was the 5th stock car race of the 2024 ARCA Menards Series season, and the 5th iteration of the event. The race was held on Saturday, May 4, 2024, at Kansas Speedway in Kansas City, Kansas, a 1.5 mile (2.4 km) permanent asphalt quad-oval shaped intermediate speedway. The race took the scheduled 100 laps to complete. Connor Mosack, driving for Pinnacle Racing Group, would make a late race pass on Tanner Gray for the lead in the final stages of the race, and led the final 12 laps to earn his second career ARCA Menards Series win, and his first of the season. Gray, who started on the pole, had dominated the majority of the race, leading a race-high 86 laps before being passed and finishing 2nd. The 2024 General Tire 200 was the 4th stock car race of the 2024 ARCA Menards Series West season, and the 18th running of the event. The race was held on Friday, June 7, 2024, at Sonoma Raceway in Sonoma, California, a 1.99 mile (3.20 km) permanent asphalt road course. The race was originally scheduled to be contested over 64 laps, but was increased to 67 laps, due to a NASCAR overtime finish. Sam Mayer, driving for Sigma Performance Services, would take the lead from William Sawalich in the middle stages of the race, and led the final 37 laps to earn his second career ARCA Menards Series West win, and his first of the season. Sawalich led 21 laps, but fell back after an early race incident. He rebounded to finish in 4th. To fill out the podium, Tyler Reif, driving for Central Coast Racing, and Sean Hingorani, driving for Jerry Pitts Racing, would finish 2nd and 3rd, respectively.

The 2024 West Coast Stock Car Motorsports Hall of Fame 150 was the 2nd stock car race of the 2023 ARCA Menards Series West season, and the 22nd running of the event. The race was held on Saturday, April 1, 2023, at Irwindale Speedway in Irwindale, California, a 0.50 mile (0.80 km) permanent asphalt oval shaped short track. The race took the scheduled 150 laps to complete. In an action-packed race, Sean Hingorani, driving for Venturini Motorsports, would hold off a challenging Landen Lewis throughout the entire race, and led the final 16 laps of the race to earn his first career ARCA Menards Series West win. Pole-sitter Trevor Huddleston dominated the early portions of the race, leading the first 72 laps, before falling back in the final stage and finishing 4th. Hingorani led 61 laps and had a hard-fought battle with Landen Lewis throughout the remainder of the event. The race was held on Thursday, July 4, 2024, at Irwindale Speedway in Irwindale, California, a 0.50 mile permanent asphalt oval shaped short track. The race contested the over 150 laps to complete. Sean Hingorani, driving for Venturini Motorsports, would dominate the race, leading all 150 laps. To fill out the podium, Isabella Robusto, driving for Venturini Motorsports, and Jake Finch, driving for Venturini Motorsports, would finish 2nd and 3rd, place respectively.

The race was held on Saturday, April 22, 2023, at Kern County Raceway Park in Bakersfield, California, a 0.50 mile (0.80 km) permanent asphalt tri-oval shaped short track. The race took the scheduled 150 laps to complete. Sean Hingorani, driving for Venturini Motorsports, would overcome from a late-race penalty, and took the lead from the dominating Landen Lewis, leading the final 39 laps to earn his second career ARCA Menards Series West win, and his second consecutive win. Pole-sitter Landen Lewis dominated nearly the entire race, leading a race-high 111 laps before being passed by Hingorani and finishing 2nd. To fill out the podium, Trevor Huddleston, driving for High Point Racing, would finish in 3rd, respectively.

The 2024 West Coast Stock Car Motorsports Hall of Fame 150 presented by NAPA Auto Parts was the 6th stock car race of the 2024 ARCA Menards Series West season, and the 23rd iteration of the event. The race was held on Saturday, July 6, 2024, at Irwindale Speedway in Irwindale, California, a 0.50 mile (0.80 km) permanent asphalt oval shaped short track. The race was originally scheduled to be contested over 150 laps, but was extended to 152 laps due to an overtime finish. In an action-packed race with post-race controversy, Sean Hingorani, driving for Venturini Motorsports, would take advantage of late teammate troubles from Isabella Robusto, and take the lead with 29 laps to go. After surviving numerous restarts, Hingorani held off Jack Wood in a one-lap shootout to earn his sixth career ARCA Menards Series West win, his second of the season, and his second consecutive win, sweeping both doubleheader races. Robusto and Trevor Huddleston were the most dominant drivers of the race, Robusto led 58 laps while Huddleston led a race-high 62 laps. After hitting the wall with 29 laps to go, Robusto lost the lead and retired from the race with a flat tire, credited with a 17th place finish. To fill out the podium, Tyler Reif, driving for Central Coast Racing, would finish in 3rd, respectively.

The race was held on Saturday, September 28, 2024, at Madera Speedway in Madera, California, a 0.333 mile permanent oval shaped short track. The race was scheduled to be contested over 150 laps, but was extended to 153 due to an overtime finish. Trevor Huddleston, driving for High Point Racing, would pass Sean Hingorani with one lap to go to get the win. To fill out the podium, Hingorani, driving for Jerry Pitts Racing, and Ethan Nascimento, driving for Nascimento Motorsports, would finish 2nd and 3rd, respectively.

The race was held on Saturday, October 26, 2024, at Kevin Harvick's Kern Raceway in Bakersfield, California, a 0.50 mile permanent quad-oval shaped racetrack. The race took the scheduled 150 laps to complete. In a action-packed race, Sean Hingorani, driving for Venturini Motorsports, would lead flag-to-flag, leading every lap of the race from the pole to earn his seventh career ARCA Menards Series West win and his second of the season. To fill out the podium, Brent Crews, driving for Venturini Motorsports, and Trevor Huddleston, driving for High Point Racing, would finish 2nd and 3rd, respectively.
