Robbie Kennealy (born March 3, 2006) is an American professional stock car racing driver who competes part-time in the ARCA Menards Series, driving the No. 1 Ford for Kennealy Keller Motorsports, and part-time in the ARCA Menards Series West driving the No. 1/11 Ford/Chevrolet for Kennealy Keller Motorsports.

Racing career

Kennealy first began racing quarter midgets at the age of four, where he would compete and win multiple championships over the next eight years. [1] He would then move up to late models at Madera Speedway in 2021, [2] where he would join Kyle Keller Racing in his final race of the year. He would remain with the team the following year, where he would win two races but ultimately finished runner-up in the standings behind Ethan Nascimento on a tiebreaker. [1]

In 2023, it was revealed that Kennealy would make his debut in the ARCA Menards Series West at Irwindale Speedway, driving the No. 1 Ford for the family-owned 3K Motorsports. [3] After finishing thirteenth in the sole practice session and qualifying, [4] [5] he would go on to finish on the lead lap in fifth place. [6] [1]

On September 2, 2023, it was announced that Kennealy would join the newly formed Kennealy Keller Motorsports, where he will run full-time alongside Kyle Keller. [7] [8] [9]

Personal life

Kennealy has a sister named Harley, who has previously raced in quarter midgets and is the co-owner of Kennealy Keller Motorsports alongside their mother, Francesca. [7] [8]

The race was held on Saturday, April 1, 2023, at Irwindale Speedway in Irwindale, California, a 0.50 mile (0.80 km) permanent asphalt oval shaped short track. The race took the scheduled 150 laps to complete. In an action-packed race, Sean Hingorani, driving for Venturini Motorsports, would hold off a challenging Landen Lewis throughout the entire race, and led the final 16 laps of the race to earn his first career ARCA Menards Series West win. Pole-sitter Trevor Huddleston dominated the early portions of the race, leading the first 72 laps, before falling back in the final stage and finishing 4th. Hingorani led 61 laps and had a hard-fought battle with Landen Lewis throughout the remainder of the event. To fill out the podium, Tyler Reif, driving for Lowden Jackson Motorsports, would finish in 3rd, respectively.

Sean Hingorani, driving for Venturini Motorsports, would dominate the race, leading all 150 laps. To fill out the podium, Isabella Robusto, driving for Venturini Motorsports, and Jake Finch, driving for Venturini Motorsports, would finish 2nd and 3rd, place respectively.

The race was held on Saturday, July 6, 2024, at Irwindale Speedway in Irwindale, California, a 0.50 mile (0.80 km) permanent asphalt oval shaped short track. The race was originally scheduled to be contested over 150 laps, but was extended to 152 laps due to an overtime finish. In an action-packed race with post-race controversy, Sean Hingorani, driving for Venturini Motorsports, would take advantage of late teammate troubles from Isabella Robusto, and take the lead with 29 laps to go. After surviving numerous restarts, Hingorani held off Jack Wood in a one-lap shootout to earn his sixth career ARCA Menards Series West win, his second of the season, and his second consecutive win, sweeping both doubleheader races. Robusto and Trevor Huddleston were the most dominant drivers of the race, Robusto led 58 laps while Huddleston led a race-high 62 laps. After hitting the wall with 29 laps to go, Robusto lost the lead and retired from the race with a flat tire, credited with a 17th place finish. To fill out the podium, Tyler Reif, driving for Central Coast Racing, would finish in 3rd, respectively.
