Albolagh (Persian : البلاغ‎, also Romanized as Ālbolāgh and Āl Bolāgh)^[1] is a village in Mokriyan-e Gharbi Rural District, in the Central District of Mahabad County, West Azerbaijan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 145, in 26 families.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan, and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script.

Mokriyan-e Gharbi Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in the Central District of Mahabad County, West Azerbaijan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 25,643, in 4,882 families. The rural district has 33 villages.

The Central District of Mahabad County is a district (bakhsh) in Mahabad County, West Azerbaijan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 179,697, in 39,752 families. The District has one city: Mahabad. The District has three rural districts (dehestan): Akhtachi-ye Gharbi Rural District, Mokriyan-e Gharbi Rural District, and Mokriyan-e Sharqi Rural District.
