All Star Junior Festival USA 2023 was an interpromotional professional wrestling event organized by New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW) that aired on NJPW World pay-per-view. It took place on August 19, 2023 at the 2300 Arena in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The event was produced by NJPW wrestlers Hiromu Takahashi and Rocky Romero, and featured the participation of junior heavyweight wrestlers representing various promotions from around the world.
On April 16, 2023, New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW) officially announced the All Star Junior USA Festival. [1] The event was produced by NJPW's Hiromu Takahashi and Rocky Romero, and featured junior heavyweight wrestlers from different Japanese and international promotions.
As part of the event's publicity efforts, participants were announced each day throughout the months of July and August by NJPW on Twitter.
The event featured ten professional wrestling matches, which involved different wrestlers from pre-existing scripted feuds, plots, and storylines. Wrestlers portrayed heroes, villains, or less distinguishable characters in scripted events that built tension and culminated in a wrestling match. Storylines were produced on New Japan's television program. [40]

John Raymond Rivera, better known by his ring name Rocky Romero, is a Cuban-American professional wrestler signed to New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW) and All Elite Wrestling (AEW). He is a member of the Chaos stable and also makes appearances for Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL), as well as Major League Wrestling (MLW). Also known by his nickname "Azúcar ", he is best known for his accomplishments as a tag team wrestler. He was member of tag teams like The Havana Pitbulls/Los Cubanitos, Forever Hooligans, and Roppongi Vice. His tenure as the fourth incarnation of Black Tiger was also met with praise and recognition.
Yujiro Takahashi, is a Japanese professional wrestler. He is signed to New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW), where he is a member of Bullet Club and its sub-group House of Torture.
Taiji Ishimori is a Japanese professional wrestler. He is signed to New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW), where he is a member of Bullet Club and its War Dogs sub-group. Ishimori is a three-time IWGP Junior Heavyweight Champion, and is also a one-time NEVER Openweight 6-Man Tag Team Champion alongside former Bullet Club teammates Tama Tonga and Tanga Loa.
