Amrita Bharati is an Indian playback Singer from Odisha. [1] [2] She was in top twelve of Sony TV Indian Idol Season 6 which was aired on Sony TV. [3] Amrita singing debut in Ollywood was in 2012 and Bollywood in 2019. [4]
Amrita Bharati completed her degree in economics from Rama Devi Women's University, Bhubaneswar in 2013. She has perused vocal training in Indian Classical Music (Visharad) under Pandit RajKishore Pandav and Odissi Vocal under Pandit Sukanta Kumar Kundu.
Amrita Bharati singing career started from the age of 5. She is a recipient of prestigious Rajiv Gandhi Youth Singer Award in 2010. Amrita Bharati was also judged as the runners up in Voice of Odisha Season 1 conducted by Tarang TV in 2011. [5]
Amrita has sung for many Odia movies such as Sandehi Priyatama, Raasta, Sundergarh Ra Salman Khan, Tuh Kahide I love you. She has been awarded with Best Female Singer 2016 by Cinema Sansar & Showtime for her title song in Movie Raasta.
Amrita made her Bollywood singing debut in 2019 in a music video "Vande Mataram" produced by Zee Music. [6] She has play backed for the song "Gyan Do" from Inspector Avinash web series on Jio Cinema. She has also lend her voice in many National Advertisement for Vaseline, Parachute, IIFL, Indian Oil, Orient Cement etc.

Aftab Shivdasani is an Indian actor, producer and model known for his works in Hindi and also working for Tamil and Kannada film industry. Shivdasani was selected as the Farex baby at the age of 14 months and eventually appeared in many TV commercials for the product. De Taali (transl. Hi-5) is a 2008 Indian Hindi-language comedy film directed by Eeshwar Nivas and produced by Ravi Walia. It stars Riteish Deshmukh, Aftab Shivdasani, Ayesha Takia, and Rimi Sen, and is a remake of the 2001 film Saving Silverman. The film revolves around three childhood friends who have grown together and when a new girl enters their life, the whole dynamics of their friendship change. The film was initially titled Jalsa but was later named De Taali after a song in the movie. The film was released on 20 June 2008, and was a box-office bomb.

Mihir Kumar Das was an Indian actor who worked in Odia language films of Ollywood industry.He had received several awards, notably Best Actor for his films Laxmi Pratima in 1998 and Pheria Mo Suna Bhauni in 2005 Best Supporting Actor award for his films Rakhi Bandhili Mo Rakhiba Mana in 2002 and Prema Adhei Akhyara and Best Comedian award for Mu Tate Love Karuchhi in 2007 from the Odisha state government.
Bande Utkala Janani is an Odia patriotic poem written by Laxmikanta Mohapatra in 1912. Odisha became the first state in British India to be formed on linguistic basis on 1 April 1936. The music was first recorded by Gokul Mohanty in 1932. The modern notation was arranged by the Odissi musician Balakrushna Dash which was adopted as the state anthem. The Odisha Cabinet on 7 June 2020, accorded the poem the status as the Anthem of Odisha.
"Rangabati" is perhaps the most popular recorded song in Sambalpuri Odia. Krishna Patel, a 2023 Padma Shri awardee, is the female singer while the male singer Jitendra Haripal is a 2017 Padma Shri awardee. The song was first recorded for All India Radio in the mid-1970s. A record company from the then Calcutta, Indian Record Manufacturing Company Ltd (INRECO), re-recorded the song in 1976. The disc release was delayed due to a dispute and finally released in 1978–79. The Sambalpuri song was written by Mitrabhanu Gauntia, composed by Prabhudatta Pradhan and sung by Jitendra Haripal and Krishna Patel. In the 1970s and 1980s, the song gained popularity for being commonly played in marriage processions and Murti immersion. The song gained official recognition when it was played in the tableau of Odisha as part of the Republic Day celebrations at New Delhi in 2007. The lead singer Jitendra Haripal was also felicitated by Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik later that year. It was also notably used in the celebration of victory during an international cricket match in Barabati Stadium, Cuttack. "Rangabati" was recreated in many other languages of India and has been recreated in Telugu for a movie.

Babushaan Mohanty is an Indian actor and playback singer who predominantly works for Odia films. In 2022, Babushan Mohanty portrayed Doctor Character in DAMaN movie was an Indian Odia-language adventure drama film Released in Odia as well as in the Hindi language and it was one of the highest grossing Odia movies.
Ananya Sritam Nanda known as Ananya Nanda is an Indian playback singer from Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. She was the winner of Indian Idol Junior Season 2.
Prem Anand is an Indian music director and composer. He usually works in Odia film and television industry. In 2006, he started his career as a music director through the Odia movie Tu Eka Ama Saha Bharasa and worked as a music director in more than 60 Odia films. Apart from Odia films, he composed music for Odia daily shops, Bhajans and Jatra songs. In 2009, Anand worked as a music director for the Hindi film Dekha Bhai Dekh in 2019, he composed music for Bollywood film Luv U Turn.
