The Bangladesh Cricket Board formerly known as Bangladesh Cricket Control Board, is the governing body of cricket in Bangladesh. It became an associate member of the International Cricket Council (ICC) in 1977 and a full member on 26 June 2000. BCB has three teams which represent Bangladesh in international cricket, which are Bangladesh men's national cricket team, Bangladesh women's national cricket team and Bangladesh under-19 cricket team.

He has since gone on to play in 26 ODIs for Bermuda.

Following the conclusion of the regular season, the top four teams advance to the playoffs, a single-elimination game, and two qualifier games culminating in the Championship game, between the winner of Qualifier 1 and Qualifier 2.
Terryn Sunil Fray is a Bermudian cricketer who plays as a right-handed opening batsman. He represented Bermuda in the 2008 Under-19 Cricket World Cup and played one first-class match, three List A matches and eight Twenty20s for Bermuda from 2009 to 2013. Fray returned to Bermuda's national cricket team in 2018, first as their vice-captain then as captain.

Thomas Kevin Curran, is an English cricketer who represents England in Test matches, One Day Internationals and Twenty20 Internationals. He plays for Surrey County Cricket Club in English domestic cricket. He is a right-arm fast-medium bowling all-rounder. He made his international debut for England in June 2017. He is the son of former Zimbabwe international cricketer Kevin Curran, and the brother of both Northamptonshire CCC batsman Ben Curran and England and Surrey all-rounder Sam Curran.

In April 2018, he was named in Bermuda's squad for the 2018 ICC World Cricket League Division Four tournament in Malaysia. In November 2019, Manders was named in Bermuda's squad for the Cricket World Cup Challenge League B tournament in Oman. He made his List A debut against Hong Kong, on 3 December 2019.

The Global T20 Canada is a professional Twenty20 cricket tournament that is played in Canada. The first edition of the tournament took place during June and July 2018 with six teams competing. Each team featured four local Canadian cricketers in each squad, along with international players. The inaugural tournament in 2018 took place at the Maple Leaf Cricket Club in King City, Ontario, while the 2019, 2023 & 2024 tournaments took place at the Brampton Sports Park in proximity to the CAA Centre in Brampton, Ontario. Bombay Sports Limited are the owners of the league, and also the organizers of the Euro T20 Slam that was set to begin on 30 August 2019.
The 2019 ICC Men's T20 World Cup Qualifier was a cricket tournament held during October and November 2019 in the United Arab Emirates to determine the teams that would qualify for the 2021 ICC Men's T20 World Cup tournament. The six teams finishing highest in the qualifier tournament joined Sri Lanka and Bangladesh in the first group stage of the 2020 ICC Men's T20 World Cup. The tournament formed part of the ICC T20 World Cup Qualifier series, with the Netherlands winning the final.
The COVID-19 pandemic has caused disruption to cricket around the world, mirroring its impact across all sports. Around the world and to varying degrees, leagues and competitions have been cancelled or postponed.
The 2021 Bangladeshi cricket season is taking place from 20 January to 31 December 2021. A total of 29 international matches, including 4 Test, 9 One Day International and 16 Twenty20 International matches are scheduled to take place in Bangladesh in 2021. 72 first-class, 5 List A and 54 Twenty20 matches are also being held in this season. All the international matches will form part of the 2020–2023 ICC Cricket World Cup Super League, 2019–2021 ICC World Test Championship, 2021–2023 ICC World Test Championship and the preparation for the ICC Men's T20 World Cup.
