Bluffdale Township is one of thirteen townships in Greene County, Illinois, USA. As of the 2020 census, its population was 454 and it contained 241 housing units. [1]

The township contains these four cemeteries: Eldred, Eldred Memorial Gardens, Mulberry and Richwoods West.
As of the 2020 census [1] there were 454 people, 290 households, and 210 families residing in the township. The population density was 9.96 inhabitants per square mile (3.85/km2). There were 241 housing units at an average density of 5.29 per square mile (2.04/km2). The racial makeup of the township was 96.48% White, 0.00% African American, 0.00% Native American, 0.22% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 1.10% from other races, and 2.20% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.44% of the population.
There were 290 households, out of which 20.00% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 63.45% were married couples living together, 5.52% had a female householder with no spouse present, and 27.59% were non-families. 25.20% of all households were made up of individuals, and 21.00% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.48 and the average family size was 3.02.
The township's age distribution consisted of 14.0% under the age of 18, 10.4% from 18 to 24, 19.2% from 25 to 44, 35.6% from 45 to 64, and 20.7% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 48.0 years. For every 100 females, there were 110.2 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 104.0 males.
The median income for a household in the township was $81,000, and the median income for a family was $94,375. Males had a median income of $46,029 versus $23,571 for females.
