Wilmington (Patterson) is located in northwestern Greene County at 39°28′57″N90°29′23″W / 39.48250°N 90.48972°W (39.482514, -90.489683). [4] It is 7 miles (11 km) northwest of White Hall and 16 miles (26 km) northwest of Carrollton, the Greene County seat.
