Bridget Shamim Bangi (born 6 July 1993) is a Ugandan badminton player. [1] who started playing badminton at age 13 at Mariam High School. At age 21, she finished her degree in Insurance and Banking at Ndejje University. [2] She competed at the 2010 and 2018 Commonwealth Games. [3] [4]

Chen Qingchen is a Chinese badminton player. She started her achievements under her coach Li Yongbo, with partner in the women's doubles Jia Yifan, and in the mixed doubles Zheng Siwei. She ended the 2016 BWF Season by winning the BWF Most Promising Player of the Year, also completed her success by winning titles at the 2016 BWF Superseries Finals in the women's and mixed doubles categories respectively. Rawinda Prajongjai is a Thai badminton player. She was part of the national women's team that clinched the gold medal at the 2015, 2017 and 2019 Southeast Asian Games, also won the women's doubles title in 2017. Started her career as a singles player, she won her first international title at the 2013 Smiling Fish International tournament. She later focused on playing in doubles, and won her first Grand Prix tournament in 2015 Vietnam Open teamed-up with Jongkolphan Kititharakul.

She officially became an Australian citizen in 2014. She was selected to join the national team compete at the 2018 Commonwealth Games in Gold Coast, Australia. She was four times women's doubles Oceania champions from 2017 to 2020 with her partner Gronya Somerville, also two times champion in the mixed doubles event in 2017 and 2018 alongside Sawan Serasinghe.

Kurihara competed with her former partner Kenta Kazuno in the mixed doubles at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Shiho Tanaka is a Japanese retired badminton player who affiliates with Hokuto Bank team. She was the bronze medalists at the 2018 World Championships in the women's doubles, and at the 2015 Summer Universiade in the women's singles. She won the year-end tournament Superseries Finals in 2017. Tanaka was part of Japanese winning team at the 2017 Asia Mixed Team Championships, 2018 Uber Cup, and at the 2018 Asia Women's Team Championships.

Ogar Siamupangila is a Zambian badminton player. She was the bronze medalist at the 2007 All-Africa Games in the mixed doubles event partnered with Eli Mambwe. Siamupangila represented her country at the 2006, 2010 and 2018 Commonwealth Games.

Matej Hliničan is a Slovak male badminton player. In 2014, he won the Ethiopia International tournament in the mixed doubles event partnered with Bridget Shamim Bangi of Ethiopia, and became the runner-up in the men's doubles event with Arnaud Genin of French. In December 2014, he and Bangi became the runner-up at the Botswana International tournament, they were defeated by the South African pair in the final round. In 2015, he teamed-up with Jan Fröhlich in the men's doubles event, and they became the runner-up at the Puerto Rico International tournament.

Supanida Katethong is a Thai badminton player. She started playing badminton at aged nine, and join the Thailand national junior team in 2015. She won her first international title at the 2014 Singapore International tournament in the women's singles event. In the early of 2015, she won the women's singles title at the Granular Thailand International Challenge tournament. In May 2015, she won double titles at the Smiling Fish International tournament in the women's singles and doubles event. She also won the Sri Lanka International tournament in the women's singles event.
