Burlawn (Cornish : Boslowen, meaning happy dwelling) is a hamlet in the parish of St Breock, Cornwall, England, UK. [1] [2]

History

There are two listed buildings in Burlawn. 1 and 2 Meadowside are late 16th century and were originally a single dwelling. [3] Burlawn Eglos farmhouse also dates to the late 16th or early 17th century and both it and the adjacent barn are described in a single listing. [4]

Brightholmlee is a small rural hamlet situated within the City of Sheffield in England. The hamlet falls within the Stannington Ward of the City. It is located 6.2 miles (10 km) north-west of the city centre and 0.6 miles (1 km) west of Wharncliffe Side within Bradfield Parish. Previously a farming community, it consist of four farmsteads, Manor Farm, Old Hall Farm, High Lea Farm and Lee Farm. Treveneague is an area near Goldsithney, Penzance, in the civil parish of St Hilary. It was originally composed of two places, North Treveneague and South Treveneague. The Grade II listed early 19th century North Treveneague Farmhouse and Farm Buildings North of Treveneague Farmhouse are located here. In the 1860s, an Iron Age fogou was discovered at Treveneague, the location of the fogou was located using Geophysics during a 1996 Time Team episode.

Ryecroft is a hamlet near to the village of Harden in West Yorkshire, England. The hamlet is on the road between Harden and Haworth, 1.9 miles (3 km) south of Keighley, 1.9 miles (3 km) west of Bingley and 0.6 miles (1 km) west of the centre of Harden.
