Diva is an Asian pay television channel owned and operated by Universal Networks International. It was first launched in 1997 as the Southeast Asian variant of Hallmark Channel, before being rebranded in 2009 as Diva Universal, dropping the "Universal" name in 2014.

It was owned by Universal Networks International. This channel was officially launched in Singapore on 1 July 2008 along with Sci Fi Channel (Asia), now Syfy Universal (Asia).

Chase (TV channel) defunct Philippine television network

Chase was a Philippine television network owned and produced by Solar Entertainment Corporation through Solar TV Network, Inc. It is the sister of the networks Talk TV, ETC, 2nd Avenue, Universal Channel, Jack TV, Basketball TV, Solar Sports, The Game Channel and Diva Universal. It was formerly available over and also broadcast via BEAM Channel 31. Launched on December 24, 2011, its programming was focused on suspense, science fiction, and drama series. It dissolved its operations on October 19, 2012 as it had been replaced by Jack City, the secondary network channel of Jack TV, although some of its programs are still carried over by said network station channel.
