Donovan Jackson (born December 4, 2002) [1] is an American football offensive guard for the Ohio State Buckeyes.
Jackson grew up in Bellaire, Texas and attended Episcopal High School. [2] He was rated a five-star recruit and committed to play college football at Ohio State over offers from Georgia, Stanford, Texas, and Texas A&M. [3]
Jackson played in all 13 of the Buckeyes' games during his freshman season. [4] [5] He was named a starter at guard going into his sophomore year. [6] Jackson was named first-team All-Big Ten at the end of the season. [7] [8]
Joe Thomas Barrett IV is an American football coach and former quarterback who is the assistant quarterbacks coach for the Detroit Lions of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the Ohio State Buckeyes, earning third-team All-American honors in 2014. Barrett was signed as an undrafted free agent by the NFL's New Orleans Saints in 2018. He also played for the Seattle Seahawks, Pittsburgh Steelers, and Edmonton Elks.
