Emily Maher (born 2 May 1981 in Kilkenny) is a retired Irish athlete who specialised in the sprinting events. [2] She represented her country at the 2000 Summer Olympics, as well as the 2006 World Indoor Championships.

Maurice Greene is an American former track and field sprinter who competed in the 60 meters, 100 meters, and 200 meters. He is a former 100 m world record holder with a time of 9.79 seconds. Koji Ito is a retired Japanese track and field sprinter and Japan's fourth-fastest record holder of 100m sprint with a time of 10.00 seconds. He held the 100 metres Japanese national record between December 1998 and September 2017. MariaLeontievna Itkina was a Soviet runner who set multiple world records in various sprint events. She competed at the 1956, 1960, and 1964 Olympics and finished four times in fourth place. Domestically Itkina held 17 Soviet sprint titles.

Kemar Hyman is a Caymanian sprinter. He graduated from Florida State University with an Economic Degree. Whilst competing for Florida State University he became the 2012 ACC indoor and outdoor champion and placed third at the 2012 indoor NCAA championships. Hyman is the national record holder in the 100 and 200 metres. Kemar holds the 60m record with Olympian Kareem Streete-Thompson in 6.56 seconds

Christoffel "Christie" van Wyk is a retired Namibian sprinter who competed in the 100 and 200 metres. He represented his country at two consecutive Summer Olympics starting in 2000.

Astia Walker-Eastwood is a retired Jamaican athlete who competed mostly in the sprinting and hurdling events. She represented her country in the 200 metres at the 2000 Summer Olympics reaching the second round. Most of her successes came in the 4 × 100 metres relay. Walker-Eastwood ran track collegiately Riverside Community College and Louisiana State University. She was inducted into the Riverside Community College Sports Hall of Fame in 2015.

LaDonna M. Antoine-Watkins is a Canadian retired sprinter who specialised in the 400 metres. She represented Canada at the 1996 and 2000 Summer Olympics, as well as three outdoor and one indoor World Championships.

Iliya Dzhivondov is a retired Bulgarian athlete who competed in the 400 metres and 400 metres hurdles. He won the surprise 400 metres gold at the 2000 European Indoor Championships. He also competed in both events at the 2000 Summer Olympics, but failed to advance from the heats in either.
