Eonemachilus nigromaculatus, [2] also known as Yunnanilus nigromaculatus, is a species of stone loach endemic to the Dianchi Lake basin (which includes the small Yangling Lake) in China, [3] [1] but has apparently been extirpated from Dianchi Lake itself due to heavy pollution. [1] It was formerly placed in the genus Eonemachilus . [4]

The specific name is a compound of the Latin rostrum meaning a "beak" and obtusus meaning "blunt", this refers to the species' short snout.

Eonemachilus pachycephalus is a species of ray-finned fish in the genus Eonemachilus. It is a small stream-dwelling fish known only from its type locality, the Weizhangho stream, Yangliu, Yunnan, China.

Yunnanilus pleurotaenia is a species of stone loach, family Nemacheilidae. It is endemic to Yunnan in southern China. It is known with certainty from Dian Lake and the associated streams; similar fish reported from other lakes might or might not refer to this species. It grows to 6.5 cm (2.6 in) SL.

Yunnanilus qujinensis is a species of freshwater ray-finned fish, a stone loach which is endemic to China. The species was described from specimens collected at a spring into the Hujiafen Reservoir in the Nanpanjiang River drainage near Qujing in Yunnan, its Specific name (zoology) refers to the city of Qujin. It has not yet been included in FishBase.

Eonemachilus yangzonghaiensis is a species of freshwater ray-finned fish, a stone loach, in the genus Eonemachilus. It is endemic to China and its type locality is Yangzong Lake in Yunnan. This species has been placed in the genus Eonemachilus.
