Favartia brevicula is a species of sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusk in the family Muricidae, the murex snails or rock snails. [1] The shell used to belong to the subfamily Muricopsinae, [1] [4] :294,pl. 63 figs 1-13 but now belongs to the subfamily Aspellinae. [1]

Description

Distribution

This species distributed in the West Pacific Ocean [3] as well as the Indian Ocean. [5] It was seen in Taiwan, [6] Indonesia [6] [7] , the Philippines, [3] Solomon Islands, [3] and southern Africa. [1] [5] :92 They habitate on shallow seabed. [6]
