"First Day of My Life" is a song by the Finnish alternative rock band The Rasmus, originally released on the band's fifth album Dead Letters on 21 March 2003. It became one of numerous hit singles from the album, with the highest position being No. 4 in Finland.
The single was released on 15 October 2003 by the record label Playground Music. The single (which was the third from Dead Letters) features the music video of the song. UK edition also includes "Guilty" (live) and the b-side "Since You've Been Gone".
Singer Lauri Ylönen explains the song as follows:
Flashing up from our German tour. We were watching a movie in the back of the tour bus, and in the movie there was a sentence "through the darkness". I took my guitar and made a chorus immediately. The song is about the band, being on tour and dreaming.

The music video for "First Day of My Life" was shot on a speedway in Germany the same year. It was directed by Sven Bollinger and produced by Volker Steinmetz (Erste Liebe Filmproduktion) in Lausitzring. [1]

The music video, directed by Sophie Muller, shows Dido in several rooms in a house.

The song was written by Iglesias, Paul Barry, Victoria Horn, Mark Taylor, Sheppard Solomon, and Fernando Garibay for Iglesias' seventh studio album, 7 (2003). The album version features Iglesias's vocals only, with the radio mix featuring an extra verse and chorus by American singer Kelis. "Not in Love" was released as the album's second and final single in February 2, 2004 and peaked within the top 10 of the charts in the Czech Republic, Denmark, Greece, Ireland, the Netherlands, Norway, Romania, and the United Kingdom.
"All the Way" is a song recorded by the British singer Craig David. It was written by David and Mark Hill his third studio album, The Story Goes... (2005), while production was helmed by Hill. It was released on 8 August 2005 as the album's lead single, his first single he released with new label Warner Bros. Records after Wildstar Records went bankrupt. After missing the top ten with previous singles "World Filled with Love" and "You Don't Miss Your Water ", "All the Way" returned David to the top three. It was the highest-charting single from The Story Goes... but not the biggest-selling as "Don't Love You No More " spent over double the number of weeks inside the UK top 75.
"One Love" is a song recorded by the Sweden based musician and producer Dr Alban. It was the second single from his second studio album, One Love (1992). Alban co-wrote it with Denniz PoP, who also produced it. Released in August 1992, the song was a hit in many European countries. It made it to the top-10 in Austria, Belgium, Finland, Germany, Ireland and Norway; however, the song was not as successful as "It's My Life", the previous single. On the Eurochart Hot 100, "One Love" peaked at number 23. Outside Europe, it was successful in Israel, reaching number five.
"The Nights" is a song by Swedish DJ and record producer Avicii, featuring uncredited vocals from singer/songwriter Nicholas Furlong. On 1 December 2014, it was released as a digital download by PRMD Music and Universal Island on Avicii's The Days / Nights EP, then on 11 January 2015 in the United Kingdom. The song peaked at number six on the UK Singles Chart and number one on the UK Dance Chart. On 23 January 2015, Avicii released "The Nights ", his own remix of the song. The song appears on the UK version of Avicii's second studio album Stories (2015).
"One (Always Hardcore)" is a song by German Techno musical group Scooter. It was released in December 2004 as the third single from their 2004 album Mind the Gap. The radio edit is a remix of the song's album version, featuring more elaborate instrumental bridges.
