Orange County is a county located in Central Florida, and as of the 2020 census, its population was 1,429,908 making it Florida's fifth-most populous county. Its county seat is Orlando, the core of the Orlando metropolitan area, which had a population of 2.67 million in 2020.
Seminole County is a county located in the central portion of the U.S. state of Florida. As of the 2020 census, the population was 470,856, making it the 13th-most populated county in Florida. Its county seat and largest city is Sanford. Seminole County is part of the Orlando-Kissimmee-Sanford, Florida Metropolitan Statistical Area.
Winter Garden is a city in western Orange County, Florida, United States. Located 14 miles (23 km) west of Downtown Orlando, it is part of the Orlando metropolitan area. The population was 46,964 as of the 2020 census.
U.S. Route 92 or U.S. Highway 92 is a 181-mile (291 km.) U.S. Route entirely in the U.S. state of Florida. The western terminus is at US 19 Alt. and SR 687 in downtown St. Petersburg. The eastern terminus is at SR A1A in Daytona Beach.

State Road 434 is a major roadway in the Central Florida area. Starting at SR 424 just north of Orlando city limits, the road runs north as Forest City Road through Forest City before dropping the name at the Seminole County line. SR 434 continues north and east through Altamonte Springs and Longwood before turning south and east through Winter Springs and Oviedo. SR 434 is called Central Avenue when it first turns south towards downtown Oviedo. After going through downtown Oviedo, SR 434 is called Alafaya Trail from its intersection with Mitchell Hammock Road south to the Orange County line to its end at SR 50. The road continues south as Alafaya Trail only without the state road designation. Alafaya meets with State Road 50 in Union Park, FL.
State Road 50 runs across the center of the U.S. state of Florida through Orlando, with its termini at SR 55 at Weeki Wachee and SR 5 in Titusville.
Apopka-Vineland Road is the name of several roads in Orange County, Florida, roughly forming a line from Apopka south to Vineland. As of now, there is one gap, from Old Winter Garden Road to State Road 50, which contains a residential neighborhood and State Road 408, the tolled East-West Expressway.
State Road 5A (SR 5A), also known as Nova Road, is a north–south highway that begins and ends at U.S. Highway 1 or US 1, in Port Orange and Ormond Beach, respectively. It is noted that when 5A was built, it was used more as a bypass or beltway, but in recent years with growth reaching far beyond SR 5A, it sees more use as a major thoroughfare that passes through the heart of the region.
State Road 436, known as Semoran Boulevard for most of its length and Altamonte Drive in Altamonte Springs, is a north-south road in the Orlando area running from US 441 in Apopka to the Beachline Expressway near Orlando International Airport. Constructed in the late 1960s, the road passes through Seminole County, Florida and Orange County, Florida. Because of this, the common name for SR 436 is a portmanteau of the names of the two counties: "Sem" and "oran", hence "Semoran Boulevard." The common pronunciation of "Semoran" resembles that term of Cimarron.
State Road 46 is an east–west route in central Florida, running from U.S. Route 441 in Mount Dora to US 1 in Mims. Along the way, it crosses the Wekiva River and, further east, the St. Johns River near the Econlockhatchee River.
State Road 780, known as Fruitville Road, is a 5-mile-long (8.0 km) east–west street in Sarasota, Florida. The western terminus is an intersection with US 301/SR 683. The eastern terminus is east of an interchange with Interstate 75 in Fruitville, where the road continues east as County Road 780. West of US 301, Fruitville Road extends one mile (1.6 km) to the west of the end of SR 780, ending at an intersection with the Tamiami Trail in downtown Sarasota.
State Road 48 (SR 48) was an east–west state highway that ran from U.S. Highway 41 in Floral City, Florida, to Florida State Road 19 in Howey-in-the-Hills, Florida. In the last years of the route's existence, it was a 2.167 miles (3.487 km) state road in Bushnell, Florida, which ran from Interstate 75 (I-75) at exit 314 to U.S. Highway 301 (US 301). Today, all segments are designated County Road 48 (CR 48), where they are under county maintenance. Segments in Sumter County are part of the Scenic Sumter Heritage Byway.
State Road 419 is a state highway in Seminole County, in Central Florida, United States.
The Little Big Econ State Forest is a state forest in the U.S. state of Florida. The 5,048 acres (20.43 km2) forest is located in Central Florida, 3.3 miles (5.3 km) east of the downtown Oviedo, on Florida Country Road 426 with forest office on Snow Hill Road in Geneva, Florida. The Kilbee Tract is a smaller non-contiguous section of the park located east of the main forest, along Saint Johns River, the longest river in the state.
State Road 527 is a major arterial road through the Orlando MSA extending 20 miles (32 km) through Orange County. Its southern terminus is at SR 482.
State Road 438 is an east–west state highway in Orange County, Florida. Its western terminus is an interchange with State Road 429 in Ocoee and it runs east to Rio Grande Avenue in Orlando. The road formerly extended further west to CR 455 near Montverde and further east to U.S. Route 17 (US 17) and US 92 in Orlando, for a historic total mileage of 22.00 miles (35.41 km). The current route is truncated to 10.144 miles (16.325 km).

U.S. Route 441 (US 441) in Florida is a north–south United States Highway. It runs 433 miles (697 km) from Miami in South Florida northwest to the Georgia state line, with the overall route continuing to Tennessee in the Rocky Top area.
