Free is the eleventh studio album by American musician Kid Cudi. It was released on August 22, 2025, via Wicked Awesome and Republic Records. The album, a pop record, [1] [2] was preceded by three singles, "Neverland", "Grave" and "Mr. Miracle". "Neverland" was accompanied by a short film directed by Ti West, while the music video for "Grave" was directed by Samuel Bayer. [3] [4]
He appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon to perform the single "Grave" and explain the story behind the album and how he landed his role in Happy Gilmore 2 (2025). [5]
On May 9, 2025, Kid Cudi released the lead single from the album, titled "Neverland". He later followed up with another single titled "Grave", which was released on July 11, 2025, along with a visual directed by Samuel Bayer. [6] On August 16, 2025, Cudi announced that he would be releasing another single titled "Mr. Miracle" on August 18, according to Instagram.
