French Junior Open squash championship is considered[ by whom? ] one of the most prestigious junior open squash championship in Europe and in the world. The tournament hosts nearly 300 players representing between 20 and 25 countries every year. The tournament is organize by the European Squash Federation and the French Squash Federation.
French Junior Open is divided into eight categories — Boys Under-19, Boys Under-17, Boys Under-15, Boys Under-13, Girls Under-19, Girls Under-17, Girls Under-15 and Girls Under-13. [1]

The World Youth Chess Championship is a FIDE-organized worldwide chess competition for boys and girls under the age of 8, 10, 12, 14, 16 and 18. Twelve world champions are crowned every year. Nour El Sherbini is an Egyptian professional squash player. She is a seven time World champion and became the youngest woman to win the Women's World Championship (2015). She is the current world champion after winning the 2022/2023 edition of the tournament.

Toma Junior Popov is a French badminton player. He won the bronze medal at the 2015 European Junior Championships in the boys' singles event. Popov made history as the first non-Danish male player to win a European Junior team gold as well as the men's singles and doubles in 2017. He joined Peter Gade, Jim Laugesen, and Thomas Stuer-Lauridsen as the only men to have ever completed the treble.
