The World Junior Squash Circuit is the premier level for worldwide competition among under-19 junior squash players organised by the World Squash Federation. Mirroring the PSA and WSA circuits, the World Junior Circuit ranks players and every year is organized the World Junior Squash Championships.
Just like the PSA, junior tournaments are divided into different levels. Tier 1 is the World Championships, Tier 2 : Regional Championships (e.g. European, Asian Junior Individual) + top level sub regionals such as British & US Junior Opens. And Tier 3 : All other sub regionals.

The World Squash Federation (WSF) is the international federation for squash, an indoor racket sport which was formerly called "squash rackets". The WSF is recognised by the International Olympic Committee (IOC) as the International Federation (IF) for squash, and is also a member of the Global Association of International Sports Federations and the Association of the IOC Recognised International Sports Federations (ARISF).
The Professional Squash Association (PSA) is the governing body for the men's and women's professional squash circuit. The body operates in a similar fashion to the ATP and the WTA for tennis. The PSA's highest professional level, the PSA World Tour involves over 250 tournaments annually around the world. Over 1200 players from all the 5 continents are registered with the PSA and rankings are updated monthly based on players' performances.
David Troy Palmer is an Australian retired professional squash player. He won the Super Series finals in 2002, the World Open in 2002 and 2006; the British Open in 2001, 2003, 2004 and 2008; and the Australian Open in 2008. He attained World No. 1 ranking in September 2001 and again in February 2006.

The British Junior Open squash championship is considered the second most prestigious junior open squash championship after the World Junior Squash Championships. Mohamed ElShorbagy is an Egyptian-English professional squash player. He represented Egypt from a young age until June 2022, when he switched to represent England. He reached a career-high world ranking of World No. 1 in November 2014, March 2018, February 2020, and again in July 2021 and was the 2017 World Squash champion.
The World Junior Squash championships are the official junior tournament in the game of squash conducted by the World Squash Federation (WSF). Entry is open to individuals aged 19 and below. Since its inception the world juniors has been held biennially with the junior men held one year, junior women the following year. The men's team event was held unofficially from 1973 to 1979. The individuals event are held annually starting from 2009 while the team event remains biennial.
