Twins are a Hong Kong Cantopop duo that was created in the summer of 2001 by Emperor Entertainment Group (EEG). Twins are made up of two girls, Charlene Choi (蔡卓妍) and Gillian Chung (鍾欣潼). They are a popular group in Hong Kong and a top band in mainland China. Their fanbase have included Taiwan, Japan, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Canada, Australia, United States, Vietnam and Philippines. Their music was generally targeted at young teens, but in 2004 they began to attract a wider audience by venturing into different styles of music. In February 2008 the duo temporarily separated after the Edison Chen photo scandal involving Gillian Chung. The group reunited two years later in 2010.

In 2008, intimate and private photographs of Hong Kong actor Edison Chen with various women, including actresses Gillian Chung, Bobo Chan, Rachel Ngan, and Cecilia Cheung, were unlawfully distributed over the Internet. The scandal shook the Hong Kong entertainment industry and received high-profile media attention locally and around the world. Many local newspapers headlined the story consecutively during the first fortnight of February 2008, relegating coverage of the 2008 Chinese winter storms to secondary prominence during Lunar New Year.

Miss Chinese International Pageant 1998 was held on January 25, 1998 in Hong Kong. The pageant was broadcast live through TVB and was streamed for the first time in Malaysia. Miss Chinese International 1997 Monica Lo of Toronto, Ontario, Canada crowned Louisa Luk of San Francisco, USA as the new winner. Luk is the first winner from the United States and San Francisco's only winner, as of 2010.

<i>A Time of Love</i> Hong Kong TV series or program

A Time of Love is a 2014 Hong Kong micro film produced by TVB. The series is made up of four different stories varying from sad, urban, happy and cartoon theme in different countries. Kate Tsui and Taiwanese actors James Wen and Chris Wang will be entangled in a love triangle in the sad theme in Taiwan. Charmaine Sheh will be portraying Kenneth Ma's boss in the urban theme in Singapore. The happy theme will be featuring Linda Chung and South Korean actor Yeon Jung-hoon as a pair in South Korea. In the last cartoon theme Wong Cho-lam will be playing various characters that help a couple played by Taiwanese actor singer Aaron Yan and Japanese comedian Naomi Watanabe get together in Japan.

Everyone Bounce is the fifth greatest hits album by Hong Kong cantopop girl duo Twins. It consists of 32 songs on two CDs. The first CD has 16 tracks including the new song, "Everyone Bounces Up". The second disc contains the new song "Growth". It was released in March 2010 along with Gillian's debut EP Gillian.

Smooth Talker is a 2015 Hong Kong romantic comedy television drama created and produced by TVB, starring Joe Ma and Kate Tsui as the main leads, with Johnson Lee, Elena Kong, Tommy Wong and Tracy Chu in main supporting roles. Filming took place from Augusts till November 2014. The drama aired on Hong Kong's Jade and HD Jade channels March 30 till April 24, 2015 every Monday through Friday during its 9:30-10:30 pm timeslot with a total of 20 episodes.

Limelight Years is a 2015 Hong Kong romantic television drama created and produced by TVB, starring Linda Chung, Liza Wang, Alex Fong, Damian Lau and Eliza Sam as the main cast. Filming took place from June till September 2014. The drama began airing on Hong Kong's Jade and HD Jade channels April 27 till May 22, 2015 every Monday through Friday during its 8:30-9:30 pm timeslot with a total of 22 episodes. The final 2 episodes aired on the same night as a 2-hour finale special on Sunday May 24, 2015 starting at 8:00 pm.

Tsui Ka Ho, better known by his pen name Lam Yat-heiy or Roy Tsui, is a Hong Kong lyricist, who has composed over 80 pieces of lyrics since 2007. He is also a writer and the founder of Blackpaper Limited, a local publisher involved in multimedia creation and advertising campaigns. Multiple business and media channels are owned by Tsui under Blackpaper Limited including Whitepaper Publishing, periodical magazine Blackpaper, satirical weekly magazine 100 Most and multimedia platform TV most.

Fantasia is a 2004 Hong Kong comedy film produced, written and directed by Wai Ka-fai and starring Cecilia Cheung, Sean Lau, Louis Koo, Jordan Chan, Francis Ng and Christy Chung. The film is a homage to classic Hong Kong comedy films which starred the Hui Brothers, Michael Hui, Samuel Hui and Ricky Hui, particularly the 1976 film, The Private Eyes.

<i>Protégé de la Rose Noire</i> 2004 Hong Kong film

Protégé de la Rose Noire, also known as Black Rose Academy, is a 2004 Hong Kong action-comedy film co-directed by Wong Chun-chun and Donnie Yen. It follows Jeffrey Lau's 1997 film Black Rose II as the last in a series of updated Black Rose films but features a different plot and no returning cast members. All of these films are ultimately inspired by Yuen Chor's 1965 film Black Rose and its sequels. The film was a vehicle for the Cantopop duo Twins, who had previously starred in the 2003 vampire film The Twins Effect that was also co-directed by Donnie Yen. Co-director Donnie Yen, who also functioned as action director, had previously had a small role in Black Rose II as a boxing school owner. Donnie Yen's sister Chris Yen plays the role of Enchantress, a gang member in a schoolgirl uniform.
