Granada Islamic School is a K-12 school in Santa Clara, California established in 1988 by the Muslim Community Association. Granada Islamic school is the largest Islamic school in the San Francisco Bay Area, and is accredited by the Western Association of Schools & Colleges. Granada Islamic School (GIS) was founded in 1988 in Santa Clara, California, in memory of Granada, Spain (Andalusia) - the beacon of Islamic civilization in the West. Non-profit, Granada currently has a student body of about 500 students PK-12th Grades. Granada currently has a preschool, an elementary school, a middle school, and a high school. The high school is relatively new and is yet to fully develop.

Uvas Canyon County Park is a 1,147-acre (464 ha) natural park located in upper Uvas Canyon on the eastern side of the Santa Cruz Mountains, west of Morgan Hill, California. The park has several small waterfalls, some of which flow perennially, that feed into tributaries confluent with Uvas Creek. The park is part of the Santa Clara County Parks System, and facilitates picnics, hiking and overnight camping. It is one of the few parks in the area that allows dogs in the campgrounds.

The East Bay Athletic League (EBAL) is a high school sports league in the North Coast Section of the California Interscholastic Federation. The league was created in 1964; previously teams competed in the "East Bay Division" (EBD) of the Diablo Valley Athletic League (DVAL). Its member institutions are located in the eastern region of the San Francisco Bay Area, in the cities of Concord, Danville, San Ramon, Dublin, Pleasanton, and Livermore. In the fall of 2016 the EBAL expanded to a 10 team league by adding Dublin High School, and Dougherty Valley High School. De La Salle stopped competing in EBAL Football in 2012-13 and competed as an Independent school in football. In 2018, De La Salle was re-admitted back into the EBAL Football League and now competes again for the league title. Also in 2018, the EBAL split its Football League into two "Divisions"; the Mountain Division and the "Valley Division". In 2020, Foothill moved to the Valley Division and in 2021, Amador Valley moved to the Mountain Division. In the fall of 2019 the EBAL expanded to a 11 team league by adding Clayton Valley Charter High School to the league, competing in the Mountain Division in football.
Joseph D. Grant County Park is the largest county park in Santa Clara County, California. Also known as Grant Ranch Park, this site is situated in the Diablo Range foothills of the eastern Santa Clara Valley. The park is one of 28 owned by Santa Clara County and managed by the Santa Clara County Parks and Recreation Department.
Summit is a small unincorporated community more frequently referred to by locals as the Loma Prieta Community located partially in Santa Clara County, but predominantly in Santa Cruz County, California, in the mountain ranges of the Santa Cruz Mountains. It lies at the summit along Highway 17 from which is gets its name. Home to a series of abandoned railroad towns and tunnels from the South Pacific Coast Railroad which operated until the 1940s, public transportation by bus is also no longer available from the Summit Road area. VTA bus route 76 has been cancelled since June 2010, and the Highway 17 Express only stops in Scotts Valley. It is one of the few places in the San Francisco Bay Area to receive snowfall and the mountain pass which links the Silicon Valley and Monterey Bay is closed at this spot when snowfall is too heavy. The next town to the south is Scotts Valley and to the north Redwood Estates. The area serves as a rest stop with food for people traveling across the mountains.
Sierra Azul Open Space Preserve is managed by the Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District in Santa Clara County, California. It is approximately 19,300 acres (7,800 ha) in area. The preserve is named for the Sierra Azul or "Blue Mountains", the name the colonizing Spanish used for the half of the Santa Cruz Mountains south of today's California Highway 17.
Agnew's Village was a small unincorporated village in what is now Santa Clara, California. It was named for Abram Agnew, a Santa Clara Valley pioneer from Ohio who settled there around 1873. Agnew donated 4 acres (1.6 ha) of land for a South Pacific Coast Railroad station and laid out the town, causing the station and town to be referred to as "Agnew's". The railroad depot is still standing.

Hellyer County Park is one of 28 Santa Clara County Parks. The park is located just off of Highway 101 in San Jose, California, United States. The 178-acre (72 ha) park is home to Hellyer Park Velodrome and Cottonwood Lake. Other recreational opportunities at the park include picnicking, hiking, fishing, biking, and a playground. Coyote Creek Parkway is a multi-use trail that is paved for 15 miles (24 km) south to Anderson Lake County Park. Coyote Creek Parkway is a jurisdiction of the Santa Clara County Parks. Coyote Creek Trail continues to the north along Coyote Creek under the jurisdiction of San Jose city parks.

Campbell Union Grammar School, now known as the Heritage Village Offices, is a historic building located in Campbell, California. The school was one of the many grammar schools that opened in Campbell and nearby cities in the 1900s. The building was completed in 1922 by prominent Bay Area architect, William H. Weeks. It is also sometimes referred to as Campbell Grammar School.
