Gurchin Qaleh (Persian : گورچين قلعه‎, also Romanized as Gūrchīn Qal‘eh and Govarchīn Qal‘eh; also known as Gauharchīn Qal‘eh, Goorchin Ghal‘eh, Gūvarchīn Qal‘eh, and Gyuarchinkala)^[1] is a village in Anzal-e Shomali Rural District, Anzal District, Urmia County, West Azerbaijan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 598, in 194 families.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan, and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script.
