Qahremanluy-e Sofla (Persian : قهرمانلوی سفلی‎, also Romanized as Qahremānlūy-e Soflá; also known as Qahremānlū-ye Soflá)^[1] is a village in Bash Qaleh Rural District, in the Central District of Urmia County, West Azerbaijan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 257, in 77 families.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is a pluricentric language primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script.

Bash Qaleh Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in the Central District of Urmia County, West Azerbaijan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 9,862, in 2,681 families. The rural district has 38 villages.
