Habash-e Olya (Persian : حبش عليا‎, also Romanized as Ḩabash-e ‘Olyā; also known as Ḩabashī Bālā, Ḩabashī-ye Bālā, and Ḩabashī-ye ‘Olyā)^[1] is a village in Qatur Rural District, Qatur District, Khoy County, West Azerbaijan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 1,269, in 221 families.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan, and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script.

Qatur Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in Qatur District, Khoy County, West Azerbaijan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population, was 14,894, in 2,610 families; excluding Qatur, its population in 2006 was 10,932, in 1,958 families. The rural district has 42 villages. The rural district has 16 villages.

Qutur District is a district (bakhsh) in Khoy County, West Azerbaijan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 24,407, in 4,339 families. The District has one city: Qatur. The District has two rural districts (dehestan): Qatur Rural District and Zeri Rural District.
