Meydan-e Olya (Persian : ميدان عليا‎, also Romanized as Meydān-e ‘Olyā; also known as Meydān Lār-e Bālā)^[1] is a village in Dizaj Rural District, in the Central District of Khoy County, West Azerbaijan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 92, in 23 families.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is a pluricentric language primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script.

Dizaj Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in the Central District of Khoy County, West Azerbaijan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 17,516, in 3,673 families. The rural district has 29 villages.

The District has two cities: Khoy and Firuraq.
