Qur Shaqlu (Persian : قورشاق لو‎, also Romanized as Qūr Shāqlū and Qūrshāqlū)^[1] is a village in Aland Rural District, Safayyeh District, Khoy County, West Azerbaijan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 89, in 18 families.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is a pluricentric language primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script.

Aland Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in Safayyeh District, Khoy County, West Azerbaijan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 7,160, in 1,273 families. The rural district has 17 villages.

Safayyeh District is a district (bakhsh) in Khoy County, West Azerbaijan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 20,172, in 3,798 families. The District has one city: Zurabad. The District has two rural districts (dehestan): Aland Rural District and Sokmanabad Rural District.
