Henry F. Spaulding Coachman's House is a historic home at 4970 Independence Avenue in Riverdale, Bronx, New York City. It was built about 1880 and is representative of the Stick-Eastlake style. The main section is a 2+1⁄2-story cottage dwelling with board and batten siding. It features jigsaw ornament, twin chimneys, and a polychromed slate roof. [2]
The house, originally located in Wave Hill across the street, was moved to its present location in 1909. [3] It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982. [1]

Wave Hill is a 28-acre (11 ha) estate in the Hudson Hill section of Riverdale in the Bronx, New York City. Wave Hill currently consists of public horticultural gardens and a cultural center, all situated on the slopes overlooking the Hudson River, with expansive views across the river to the New Jersey Palisades. The estate includes two houses and a botanical garden. The oldest part of the main house, Wave Hill House, dates to 1843; Glyndor House dates from 1927 and contains a multi-room art gallery. Perkins Visitor Center, which was originally a garage, contains a gift shop and an information desk.

It was designed in 1863 by architect James Renwick Jr. The church is a fieldstone building in an English-inspired Late Gothic Revival style. It was substantially enlarged in 1936.
Ever Rest is the home and studio of Jasper F. Cropsey, a painter in the Hudson River School. The historic house museum is located in Hastings-on-Hudson, New York and was built in 1835. Cropsey acquired the property in 1886 and built an artist studio addition which was completed in 1888. It is owned and managed by the Newington-Cropsey Foundation which preserves the house and the work of Cropsey.
Seven Oaks Estate, the former Charles F. Park estate, is a historic estate located at Palisades in Rockland County, New York designed by George E. Woodward, an editor of The Horticulturist magazine. The main estate house is a large clapboarded structure built in 1862 in the Gothic Revival style, with cues from Calvert Vaux's Villas and Cottages (1857). The house features a projecting central bay and full-width verandah. Also on the property are a coachman's house, built about 1862, and four subsidiary outbuildings.

It was built about 1860 and is a two-story picturesque Italianate villa built of ashlar Maine granite. It features a low-pitched dormered roof with broad eaves surrounding a flat deck. It was built for Robert Colgate (1812–1885), son of pioneer soap manufacturer William Colgate.
William E. Dodge House, also known as Greyston Conference Center, is a historic home located in the Hudson Hill section of Riverdale in the Bronx in New York City. It was built in 1863 and designed by architect James Renwick Jr. It is a 2+1⁄2-story masonry structure in the Gothic Revival style. It was built for copper tycoon William E. Dodge Jr. (1832–1903) as a summer residence and expanded in 1892 as a year-round suburban home. It was formally dedicated on May 27, 1963, as the Greyston Conference Center, of Teachers College, Columbia University.

Riverdale is a historic home located near Odessa, New Castle County, Delaware. It was built about 1840, and consists of the four-bay-wide, single-room-deep rectangular core of the house with a 22-foot, two-story L-shaped extension. Both sections have gable roofs. Also on the property is the site of a number of demolished outbuildings.
Riverdale is a historic plantation house near Selma, Dallas County, Alabama. Architectural historians consider it to be the "most elegant and refined house of its period in Dallas County." The two-story wood-frame house was built in the Federal-style in 1829. It is five bays wide, with a two-tiered, pedimented portico spanning the central bay. It was built by Virgil H. Gardner, a native of Jones County, Georgia, for his bride, Margaret Loise Aylett of Virginia. Their daughter, Mary Gardner, was married in the house in 1854 to Henry Quitman, son of former Mississippi governor John A. Quitman.
The Riverdale–Spuyten Duyvil–Kingsbridge Memorial Bell Tower or Riverdale Monument is a memorial tower in Bell Tower Park located in the Riverdale section of the Bronx. It was completed on September 17, 1930 to commemorate World War I veterans from the neighborhoods of Riverdale, Spuyten Duyvil, and Kingsbridge. The plaque attached to the memorial lists the names of those Riverdale, Spuyten Duyvil, and Kingsbridge residence who served in World War I. In 1936, it was moved 700 feet south to make room for the Henry Hudson Parkway which it now stands next to. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on January 3, 2012.
Allison Mansion, also known as Riverdale, is a historic home located on the campus of Marian University at Indianapolis, Marion County, Indiana. It was built between 1911 and 1914, and is a large two-story, Arts and Crafts style red brick mansion with a red tile roof. The house features a sunken conservatory, porte cochere, and sunken white marble aviary.
